*Chinese Medevac!* China Air Rescue Gulfstream G550 action in Montreal (YHU/CYHU)

My first time seeing a Chinese private jet; and one for a really good cause! 999 is Chinese emergency number (like 911).
This is a very rare visit from China Air Rescue (Nanshan Jet) and their sole Gulftream G550 which has been speciality modified to act as a flying hospital. The aircraft was ferried in from China where it spent the night here. They then picked up their patient to transport him back to Beijing.
I do hope the patient(s) is doing a lot better now!
This flying hospital a was delivered brand new to the Beijing Red Cross in 2018. The aircraft main purpose is to provide disaster relief and air rescue services to Chinese citizens around the world or foreigners in China.
This aircraft has been specialty designed to save lives for critically ill patients.
This G550 features Manny medevac firsts:
- A patient bed that gives staff 360 degree access
- Advanced life support
- Infant incubator
- Powered loading gurney loading system (powered loading system from the air stairs)
- X-Ray view equipment
- refrigerated medical storage cabinets
- Crew rest areas with berthing
