I left KZN mid South Coast and moved to Cape Town 24 years ago for work reasons and have now retired there. Fresh sardines out of the sea into the pot, man I miss that. There are so many ways to prepare it and the distinct aroma is something one only gets this time of the year around. I am really thinking of flying up there.
