OK i'll go for the tyres but should I break them in and if so how? you didn't seem to be going easy on them in the video.

After tires are installed, go for a nice and easy ride to break them in. Go for a ride with good road conditions, and lots of CURVES. Taking the new tires out on an easy, curvy ride will break them in quickly. I've personally noticed that the T32's aren't very slippery when new. They break in easily, not much to worry about.
