    Great live stream yesterday. You showed quite a bit of restraint at times to some of the statements made. Great job! Keep the videos coming. My wife and I usually watch your videos while eating lunch. Have a great evening.

    What does potash do for the soil? I am from Minnesota and I haven’t heard of that.

    • @BorderViewFarms
      @BorderViewFarms  3 дні тому +3

      Potash is potassium chloride, KCl. It adds potassium to the soil, which is a major nutrient for plants to grow.

      Farmers in MN use lots of potash. Probably comes from the same Canadian mine as Nathan's fertilizer.

    A Tarp for your Spreader would be a Good Purchase…I wouldn’t own a Spreader or anything Bulk Related (especially Fertilizer) without a Tarp!

    Honestly, the political discussion in the live stream was more heated than usual, true!
    But given the political climate these days, this was the most civil shit I've ever encountered.

      Tout à fait Deere endoctrine comme une secte, essayez d'autres religions, Fendt les talonne . Quite Deere indoctrinates like a cult, try other religions, Fendt is right on their heels, farmer of France 🤠😜.

      Fendt tractors have their problems too.

      @@robertsevert I agree, but here in France since 2012, since the switch to “less polluting” models (EGR valve, Pyrolysis, addition of AD Blue), all manufacturers have had their share of setbacks, especially J-D.
      Fendt doesn't build engines.
      In Europe, Fendt has convinced many farmers with its wear-free vario gearbox.
      J-D had very good power quads on the series manufactured in Mannheim, Germany (from 50 to 180 hp) but when they offered autopowers with ZF transmissions, many disappointments with J-D tractors that were stuck in the field between 700 and 7000 hours !!!!, Indeed the series above 180 hp entirely built in Waterloo were more reliable.
      Fendt thus gained market share in Europe, overtaking Case and New Holland and futur J-D
