If you like that piece, you have to listen the performances of Olivier LATRY or Pierre COCHEREAU. Marcel DUPRE validated the interpretation of P. COCHEREAU ! Friendly
Absolutely glorious! Nathan gave a concert on our Fisk organ in Santa Fe recently. Every detail comes through, he is one with the music, and his passion is palpable. It was an experience not to be forgotten.
Mr. Laube makes supple phrases out the repeated motives in the "litanie" and builds to a shimmering culmination above the pedal point E. His interpretation is youthful in the best sense.
I find myself watching and listening to this video over and over and over again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bravissimo! This piece is wonderful and also this performing!
This is how you play a recital. No music, just the clothes on this man's back, and the music in his fingers and his heart.
HATS OFF
I love this piece, and this performance was fantastic to me. He needs to do this at Notre Dame when it reopens!
Nathan is one of the most exciting of young concert organists performing before the general public!
This might be my favorite recording of this piece on UA-cam. The beginning sounds SO good on this organ.

Cochereau's performance can be controversial - the big Boisseau trumpets are not to everyone's taste!
