I love how Pat says he will stop talking, and then pauses for thirty seconds, then proceeding to give some great information. Great video, I enjoy watching the person to horse dynamics just as much as the person to person dynamics! Keep it up Pat & Dep, I appreciate this channel.
Pat and Deb, thank you so much for yet another excellent lesson! Detailed info I wish I'd known years ago. I think I saw Deb once demonstrate this full log- sidepass exercise perfectly, was like a dance! And I enjoy your jokes too...and yes : "Brylcreme, a little dab'll do ya..."😁
Question , when you are setting up your logs how specific are you about their placement? I try to place them by eyeballing . Surely i dont need to get out the measuring tape?
I’m pretty sure I remember him telling us in another video that he doesn’t even keep the gap between each set the same distance apart from each other so I’d say definitely no measuring tape 😊
Good Morning Deb,&Pat Maybe along shot ,Wanted to ask who carries copper rollers , just the rollers alone for bits. Thanks, Keep them videos coming. By the way I watch your videos from Vanderwagen NM. Thanks again.
Pat's comment about doing something too much making your horse resentful was very helpful. Going to practice this with that in mind. 👍
I have watched your side passing videos before this one gave more good info to try. Please keep them coming.
But she was kind enough to agree to let all of you watch while she learns. And she has a lot of talent.

Thanks responding. Now I do remember him saying that.
Watching someone struggle to sidepass is helping the most to understand the learning process of trying to do this.

Jeremiah Watt sells brass crickets. I am not aware of a source for copper ones.

I'm sorry brass I meant .
Thanks a Million.
Have a good one.
Question: Every time I hear you say "Put a dish into your spine," I get confused. Can you help me understand what you're asking for?
Don’t ride with a hump in your back. Sit up and put a dish in your spine.
That 1st horse is a lot smarter than the girl is giving him credit for...
oh, I miss the Beans....
The concept is the horse will move AWAY from pressure. left leg pressure and the horse moves to the right.
What’s wrong with San Antonio? Lol
