Hello, I have been using this product with no issues for over 1 year, but today, after changing the height of this desk, it suddenly became powered off. I checked the cables, but I don't think there is any errors with my cables. I would really appreciate if you would tell me what I can do to fix this?

In case the motor fails during the warranty period, can it be replaced with a new one? Will a technician visit my home to replace the motor? My PIN code is 620013.

I just installed the desk myself and there IS DEFINITELY an app to control the desk. It works wonderfully.
