- The Necron Void Dragon has become one of the biggest units in Warhammer 40k and there has been some absolutely amazing paint jobs from amazing artists through the years but nothing quite like this!
Imagine Marvel's Silver Surfer in the comics in all of its four colour. cell-shaded glory meets the modern RBG LED esq electric rainbow.
In this paint guide i will be showing you how i attempted this style and the ways that i approached the different aspects and details of such an amazing miniature
We also get to have a look at the new Army Painter Fanatics paint range and see if they really are the best paints in the world for our miniature painting hobby!

The trials were worth it in the end it looks amazing.
Also this felt like a very comprehensive explanation for this style of painting. Now I feel like if I tried to copy a cell shaded or comic book nmm style it feels a little easier
if you give it a try, id love to see it! truth be told, i find the cell shaded style more intimidating than NMM but im really glad we stuck with it

@heresyforheretics question, after you sprayed the void dragon white and then re-did all the brushwork, did you airbrush it white again (only far less)?

We have a few characters slotted in for videos but we are talking about doing follow up videos for troops and units in the same schemes and maybe even vehicles
