It's time to put those ripe tomatoes to good use! 🍅 ☀️ Hope you guys like this Beef & Tomato Stir-Fry !
I make a variation of this with scrambled eggs in with the tomato and beef! Definitely worth keeping all three in, I'd say
Thanks for your recipe, I add a bit of rice vinegar for tang. I also use ketchup and brown sugar. Since I like tofu, I add some of that as well! 😊
Man so many Taiwanese recipes the same that my mom will cook. But always appreciate you measuring it all out for us. Was learning from her the other day and just only have ingredients lol.
Totally underrated but amazing and informative channel!
Looks Delcious! One of my favorite dishes. Thank you for sharing the recipe .🍅
A classic! Thank you!
Look delicious and very clean😊 thank you
Thank you Angel for a great recipe. Another alternative to burgers with tomatoes! Always love your detailed videos....and always a joy to watch! Yum!
Thanks for a good recipe.

Excellent recipe, thank you
Great recipe, TY!!!
Thanks for this! Im going to try to make this for my dad for Father’s Day :))
It is something that have never tried before, since I only have beef and tomato stir fry in local restaurants, so this dish will be my next favorite of all.
I hope to be as poised as Angel when I do this recipe at home! ☺️💜💜💜
I was just looking for a quick explanation of this dish before I ordered some takeout but i ended up just watching the whole thing cus it was really pleasant and informative :)
thank you! Glad you liked the video!
My favorite recipe
Mine too!
I’m probably making this today 😁👍🏼
Hope you enjoy!
yum
my mom would also put cilantro in it and it tastes so good
this was delicious fr fr
Hi Sweetheart. Do you think Hong Kong Noodles or soft noodles would be good with this recipe? Thanks!
I was thinking to make beef and broccoli dish yet couldn't find broccoli today. Thanks Angel for this recipe, I got lots of tomatoes so beef and tomatoes I am going to make!
Hope you enjoyed it 😋!
YAS!
I don't doubt this is good, but my grandfather and uncle both had takeout restaurants. One in Florida one in NYC this dish is supposed to be a redish sauce (not on the their takeout menu only for Chinese who asked for it). I remember it was pretty sweat and and strong garlic flavored. This looks more like American takeout beef with broccoli type sauce.
katakam takam, ang sarap namn nyan ,greetings from =Ate Chengkay official
Hey Angel, great recipe! By the way, I love your oil bottle. Where can I get one?
I never call you out. I just hear your Mom. Where are my grand babies. No husband. Mom. Chef 👩🍳 on UA-cam very busy 😎❤️🫑🧄🧅🍳🥡🍤🐃🐟🦀🦑🦐🍽🍷always a Great Show. Miss Angel 😇💯🙋♂️
Angel - you are so amazing!! Your recipes are so intriguing... one day, I will be brave enough to try them! Being an "old bachelor" who lives alone, it's tough cooking for only one person (myself). But I'll have to do it.
Btw, you always look so beautiful, Angel. this dress you're wearing... wow! So astounding!! You are so gorgeous. Your hubby/bf/S.O. is so fortunate...*sigh*
Thank you! I'll have to make more recipes with one person servings in mind. #stillsingle
FWIW - That's not cutting against/across the grain. You cut along/with the grain.
You can see the long strands of meat running all through the slices you've cut.
Can you use normal steak ?!
Even though she said cut the beef against the grain , but she wasn't. I am really wonder if she knows how to cook.
I need an Asian lady who can show me how to cook Asian foods.
Beef should always be cut against the grain, not with the grain. Apart from that, nice recipe.
You noticed too? Lol
By the way , she is using flap meat not skirt steak .
Not sure how you can call this authentic without fermented black beans, I've talked to chef said Chinese restaurants and they all use it
Nice dress
Pre-minced garlic and ginger?! Nooooo....
Top Tip - Don't use garlic or ginger from jars, they are full of rubbish which will ruin your dish. Frozen is fine.
Surprised there’s no ketchup in the recipe
Should be called dainty cooking Chanel
Thats not nice.
@@MrJohnsmith916 I’m dainty. It’s a compliment. Cause she’s so sweet!
@@main2333 ok. Lol. Are you single?
@@MrJohnsmith916 No. Woman who enjoys cooking rarely are.
@@main2333 ok it was worth a shot.
That is not cutting against the grain!
MTF’s have extremely long arms.
