    I make a variation of this with scrambled eggs in with the tomato and beef! Definitely worth keeping all three in, I'd say

    Thanks for your recipe, I add a bit of rice vinegar for tang. I also use ketchup and brown sugar. Since I like tofu, I add some of that as well! 😊

    Hi Sweetheart. Do you think Hong Kong Noodles or soft noodles would be good with this recipe? Thanks!

    It is something that have never tried before, since I only have beef and tomato stir fry in local restaurants, so this dish will be my next favorite of all.

    I don't doubt this is good, but my grandfather and uncle both had takeout restaurants. One in Florida one in NYC this dish is supposed to be a redish sauce (not on the their takeout menu only for Chinese who asked for it). I remember it was pretty sweat and and strong garlic flavored. This looks more like American takeout beef with broccoli type sauce.

    Even though she said cut the beef against the grain , but she wasn't. I am really wonder if she knows how to cook.

  • @KyrstensCloset
    @KyrstensCloset 9 місяців тому

    FWIW - That's not cutting against/across the grain. You cut along/with the grain.
    You can see the long strands of meat running all through the slices you've cut.

    Angel - you are so amazing!! Your recipes are so intriguing... one day, I will be brave enough to try them! Being an "old bachelor" who lives alone, it's tough cooking for only one person (myself). But I'll have to do it.
    Btw, you always look so beautiful, Angel. this dress you're wearing... wow! So astounding!! You are so gorgeous. Your hubby/bf/S.O. is so fortunate...*sigh*

    Beef should always be cut against the grain, not with the grain. Apart from that, nice recipe.

    Top Tip - Don't use garlic or ginger from jars, they are full of rubbish which will ruin your dish. Frozen is fine.
