    two your Legs together picking up is risky unless you beside against the wall.my problem is how can stay for long time with hand stand.

    at 6:15 you do some tucks. When I try to kick up and tuck with my hips I fall back quickly. It seems like I don't have either the strength yet or the technique to tuck my hips. What muscles are responsible for that and what exercises I can do to strengthen​ it?

      Before you kick upp, you need to activate your core first. I think you kick up to much and overpower the jump. Don't overpower the kick/jump, but just use more and more force until you are balancing out at the handstand.
