Dimash is a thoughtful partner in any musical production--he sings as the song demands, not for his own ego. He never tries to outshine the others. I have seen Dimash stand with one foot in front of the other, generally in the very strongest part of the song. I get the sense he is drawing his music from the very core of his body, especially in those parts. And I love to watch his hand movement--he conducts himself as he sings.
This is a dream come true for Dimash. He shared that, at the age of 5, he had a VHS of a concert by Maestro Domingo. He dreamed from then to now to meet and work with the Maestro. This was part of a program called Virtuosos, which supports young classical artists. Dimash was invited to be a judge on the program by Maestro Domingo. I know he appreciated the opportunity to support young artists. We are all do proud of him and hope all his dreams come true. Dimash learned this in one day and had only one rehearsal.

Being 84 and having lived a life of collecting beauty, I never expected to find anything like the musician and instrument that are Dimash. There are so many lessons in there but mainly, that no matter how much beauty you’ve experienced, there is always more that youve not known that is beyond the imagination. There are no limits. I’m so grateful to be alive at the same time as Dimash. Would Western singers be jealous of Dimash's voice and talent? To answer your question. Yes. Dimash is one of the greatest singers of all time even though he's still in his prime. All these Western Vocalists, let me put it lightly, THEY STRAIN, Dimash is a master of technique, a Male Minnie Riperton. He has revived combing operatta with modern music, Dimash has a unique tone that I quite like, it is like Whitney Houston ;soft yet obtrusive, even though, unlike Whitney, he's of the lighter voca, fach he can still make his voice as booming and emotive as a dramatic soprano. In my opinion here's how it is. From a rich and sexy strohbass, to a lyrical tenor, to whistle piercing coloratura soprano notes. He's my male vocal icon. But for all those people who don't like him, he doesn't care, he loves singing, even if it's just for his country, but I used to be jealous too until I came to appreciate his voice. And also Dimash is wise and patient, it took him years to achieve the voice he has now, I have never heard a hint of strain in his voice. Is Dimash the best singer alive? The answer to this is very subjective. When you ask who the “best” singer is, what are you asking? the most skilled? the widest range? the best sounding? Dimash Kudaibergen is a highly skilled vocalist with his voice spanning about 6 octaves, he has great versatility in his singing ranging from traditional, pop, opera, ballads, etc. But the real answer is up to you! He is truly amazing!
I would recommend Your Love, Love is like a dream, Adagio, Ikanaide, Daybreak Bastau, and Diva Dance Bastau. You will definitely love these performances.

I will admit that I prefer the version of this song done by the East Village Opera Company (look it up! They do great pop versions of opera songs, and I love this one). Still, it’s hard to go wrong with Dimash.
They had only part of one day to rehearse this song. What you will see is that Dimash will always show the greatest respect to the other singer. He will often match vibratos and sing to bring out the beauty of the other singer. Plácido was so happy to meet Dimash and Dimash felt that he was so honored to sing with such a magnificent singer. Dimash will never try to outperform a master or anyone he sings with. When you watch Dimash sing with Lara Fabien and Aida Garifullina with the famous Igor Kritoy (sp?), you will see how Dimash matches his vibrato with both women, Igor has such a wide smile. He seems to be in pure heaven. Both women sing differently but he matches their vibratos, it’s pure heaven!

This performance was historic. Placido invited Dimash to be a jury member for Virtuoso, a competition for young classical musicians, held this past December 2023, in Budapest, Hungary 🇭🇺. This was a showcase part of the show. They only had a day or so to rehearse and Dimash had a bit of a cold. Dimash always had so much respect to his duet partners, no matter who you are. He would never try to out sing anyone. He adjusted his voice to match his singing partner. Here, The harmony was perfect. Yes, Dimash can sing anything and EVERYTHING. Whenever people ask him what is his range or what is his highest or lowest note, he would politely keep people guessing and only said that he sings what the song requires. Highest or lowest, he kept that secret. He also had always maintained that range wasn’t the most important. Most important was that he sings with his heart and his feelings. Being able to project his emotions through his singing is a gift. That intangible ability is not something you can teach. When I discovered him just over a year ago. His voice and the emotional delivery reached into my heart and soul and touched within me deep down. His voice comforted me and brought joy back to my life. I have been listening to him every single day. I SIMPLY MUST. I have a NEED to hear his pure, angelic, crystal clear and powerful voice who can whisper into your ear like he is only singing to you sitting next to you, to powerful full force of his masculine projection that punches through the entire arena. I get goosebumps and chills every time. No other artist had ever given me that effect. Dimash is very special. 😊

My niece told me that she was out driving together with a friend, which is an opera singer. And her friend was singing a pop song along with the radio and she said it was horrible to listen to 😅 She is good as an opera singer but not a pop singer😊

Ah. A very unexpected reaction to my favorite duet in opera. I grew up in a house where my parents were big fans of opera. They had season tickets at the LA Opera for decades and once in a while I would go to see one if there was one in particular that I really wanted to see. But I never got to see the pearl fishers there. I did see it in Orange County long time ago. Thank you for showing this beautiful performance.

The only style of music I'm not certain he could do (at least, not yet), would be the heavy metal screaming/screamo kind of singing. Otherwise, he could probably adapt to everything you throw at him. This duet was lovely and seeing a professional enjoy it was a treat
Actually, he has done a small bit of metal screams in a few of his songs. The only thing I can think of that I haven’t heard from him yet is country. 😊

Being 84 and having lived a life of collecting beauty, I never expected to find anything like the musician and instrument that are Dimash. There are so many lessons in there but mainly, that no matter how much beauty you’ve experienced, there is always more that youve not known that is beyond the imagination. There are no limits. I’m so grateful to be alive at the same time as Dimash.
Would Western singers be jealous of Dimash's voice and talent?
To answer your question. Yes. Dimash is one of the greatest singers of all time even though he's still in his prime. All these Western Vocalists, let me put it lightly, THEY STRAIN, Dimash is a master of technique, a Male Minnie Riperton. He has revived combing operatta with modern music, Dimash has a unique tone that I quite like, it is like Whitney Houston ;soft yet obtrusive, even though, unlike Whitney, he's of the lighter voca, fach he can still make his voice as booming and emotive as a dramatic soprano. In my opinion here's how it is. From a rich and sexy strohbass, to a lyrical tenor, to whistle piercing coloratura soprano notes. He's my male vocal icon. But for all those people who don't like him, he doesn't care, he loves singing, even if it's just for his country, but I used to be jealous too until I came to appreciate his voice.
And also Dimash is wise and patient, it took him years to achieve the voice he has now, I have never heard a hint of strain in his voice.
Is Dimash the best singer alive?
The answer to this is very subjective. When you ask who the “best” singer is, what are you asking?
the most skilled?
the widest range?
the best sounding?
Dimash Kudaibergen is a highly skilled vocalist with his voice spanning about 6 octaves, he has great versatility in his singing ranging from traditional, pop, opera, ballads, etc.
But the real answer is up to you!
He is truly amazing!

I would recommend Your Love, Love is like a dream, Adagio, Ikanaide, Daybreak Bastau, and Diva Dance Bastau. You will definitely love these performances.

I will admit that I prefer the version of this song done by the East Village Opera Company (look it up! They do great pop versions of opera songs, and I love this one). Still, it’s hard to go wrong with Dimash.

They had only part of one day to rehearse this song. What you will see is that Dimash will always show the greatest respect to the other singer. He will often match vibratos and sing to bring out the beauty of the other singer. Plácido was so happy to meet Dimash and Dimash felt that he was so honored to sing with such a magnificent singer. Dimash will never try to outperform a master or anyone he sings with. When you watch Dimash sing with Lara Fabien and Aida Garifullina with the famous Igor Kritoy (sp?), you will see how Dimash matches his vibrato with both women, Igor has such a wide smile. He seems to be in pure heaven. Both women sing differently but he matches their vibratos, it’s pure heaven!

This performance was historic. Placido invited Dimash to be a jury member for Virtuoso, a competition for young classical musicians, held this past December 2023, in Budapest, Hungary 🇭🇺. This was a showcase part of the show. They only had a day or so to rehearse and Dimash had a bit of a cold. Dimash always had so much respect to his duet partners, no matter who you are. He would never try to out sing anyone. He adjusted his voice to match his singing partner. Here, The harmony was perfect. Yes, Dimash can sing anything and EVERYTHING. Whenever people ask him what is his range or what is his highest or lowest note, he would politely keep people guessing and only said that he sings what the song requires. Highest or lowest, he kept that secret. He also had always maintained that range wasn’t the most important. Most important was that he sings with his heart and his feelings. Being able to project his emotions through his singing is a gift. That intangible ability is not something you can teach. When I discovered him just over a year ago. His voice and the emotional delivery reached into my heart and soul and touched within me deep down. His voice comforted me and brought joy back to my life. I have been listening to him every single day. I SIMPLY MUST. I have a NEED to hear his pure, angelic, crystal clear and powerful voice who can whisper into your ear like he is only singing to you sitting next to you, to powerful full force of his masculine projection that punches through the entire arena. I get goosebumps and chills every time. No other artist had ever given me that effect. Dimash is very special. 😊

Dimash has been brilliant in his strategy throughout his education, in that he "cross-trained" for several musical genres, by having the classical/opera foundation and combined it with additional studies in contemporary, theater and jazz! Which converts to the "yes". 😂♥️🎶♥️🎶

"Passing of the Torch" that was my impression too
Ah. A very unexpected reaction to my favorite duet in opera. I grew up in a house where my parents were big fans of opera. They had season tickets at the LA Opera for decades and once in a while I would go to see one if there was one in particular that I really wanted to see. But I never got to see the pearl fishers there. I did see it in Orange County long time ago. Thank you for showing this beautiful performance.

The only style of music I'm not certain he could do (at least, not yet), would be the heavy metal screaming/screamo kind of singing. Otherwise, he could probably adapt to everything you throw at him.

I first time watch your channel and I like it a lot, we need more channel who know more about classical music like you, classical educated with knowledge who know how to comment and analize art, it's too much channel who don't know enything about music and just saying wow
