Heyy I have a question , if for example I modeled half of an object and I want the other half, so duplicate this half then invert it/mirror it so that it sticks perfectly symmetrically, how to do it?

May I ask why I drew a mouth mask and when I wanted to move it, the entire head moved?

You need to invert you mask after that so the the whole head is masked and your mouth area is not masked
