That Time Since Launch could be really cool for something like the birth of a child, or a marriage. Like, the moment the baby comes out, or the officiant declares a couple to be married, you pull the pin. Then, you just keep it in a safe place and pass it down the family until the child eventually grows old and dies, or you come home early to find your partner in bed with your best friend and use it as a blunt instrument against them. But yeah, on a serious note, it could be a rather cool albeit expensive thing to mark those big one-off occasions.
I actually bought a compact treadmill for walking while working last week. the compact options tend to start in the 300-400 range. full size treadmills are easily in the 1k range.
@@austinkoeppen6122 I hunted the various local 2nd hand markets (craigslist/fb) and couldn't find one. I specifically wanted something that I could put at my office desk so I can walk while I work. Regular treadmills are too bulky for that.
The copy/paste keyboard is actually useful for certain people. For example, using a drawing tablet typically can distance you from the keyboard and/or you want to prioritize the screen of your drawing tablet to be taking up the space directly in front of you. Someone else mentioned there are directions to map the buttons and a very common shortcut artists use is only 2 keys, ctrl+z to undo. The small 3 key component is a lot less bulky than trying to squeeze a full keyboard within arms reach while you're drawing if you want a nice quick way to undo stuff. (That being said. a lot of tablets nowadays will have mappable buttons with these capabilities as well so.)
@@Theunicorn2012 I have that The Key copy/paste macropad. There are directions to map the buttons and it's actually awesome. I use it at work on some projects.

@Daniël I agree. How is that faster than just hitting CTRL + C or V. I use those keys hundreds of times at work also but would not consider making a macro for that function set.
The STATIONARY treadmill is a great idea. I recently bought a non stationary one and as soon as I turned it on it ran off down the road and I never saw it again. Biggest waste of $400 ever. Annoyed I didn’t see this first.
Eyyy I have the same shirt as Ken! Today was a good day. Oh and keyboards like the Key V2 are usually either used for macros or OSU, you can use bootmapper to remap it.
gonna miss the old studio but cant wait to see what the new one has in store, again congrats on the new studio and cheers to "season 2" of mystery tech 🥳
I think you could use the copy paste hey macro for (a certain circle game). Really would be handy for those people tho for reducing a mess on your desk or if you want a specific switch for it.
The RocketBook looks way more useful than that notebook. With the App/QR sync and water erasing which works perfectly (at least out of the box, mine is still new)
Regarding the count Up clock, what happens when bateries run out? Because i seriously doubt a novelty shop producer invented a batery that lasts 2000 years...
I have one of those walking pads and you can go faster, you just have to agree to the health and safety and enable it in the app. It's like a safety demo mode that it starts off in until you get used to using it.
I'm like 80% sure the time capsule had a camera on the back to take a picture of the moment, and you just snapped a picture of a brown desk for someone in 2000 years to find.
Okay I would never in a million years pay $250 for a Razor keyboard especially a razor keyboard that is just trying to rip off the Alienware keyboard at the same price yes ladies and gentlemen look at the layout of the keyboard just because they made it Wireless and added a power button doesn't mean that they're not copying the dang Alienware keyboard and I'm sorry to say the Alienware keyboard is a much better build quality which really hurts razor even more
Austin please keep this in the background of Mystery Tech videos from now on. We need to see how many days it's been between each episode!
they've already moved house to thre new studio, this is just backlog footage that they shot in preparation of the move
@@dethanmcc1554 yea that last part with the countdown clock is in the new studio
ignore me, i didnt watch the entire video, my bad
Agreed

Or you can get a full size one for free to $50 if you get a used one.

And a high quality gym style treadmill is 3 to 5 thousand bucks.
Always a good day when austin posts a mystery tech!!!
Agreed

That leather and brass pointing device, looks like a Razer Boomslang from the early 2000s. LOVED THAT MOUSE!

Congrats on the new set. It looks awesome!
New studio finally! So excited for the new era of Mystery Tech, the best series on UA-cam 🔥
New studio finally! So excited for the new era of Mystery Tech, the beat series on UA-cam🔥
I've got a Moyu stone paper notebook and a pen specific for it on my desk. The pages can be cleared with a wet cloth. I really like it.
gonna miss the old studio, but can't wait for more awesome mystery tech videos in the new one
Imagine starting something that will end 2,700 years later. Concepts like that blow my brain into pieces. We'll all be dust by then.
The fact that you guys have a new studio but still have so many videos in the old studio 🤣🤣❤❤❤
love ur tech videos Austin, attempting to make tech videos myself right now
I kinda like that treadmill. I quickly get fatigue while standing but I can walk all day long.
imagine how easy this series would be if they just ordered mystery boxes 😂😂

I thought thats what Wish did.
Yeah I like the way they do it tho
@@NoPEcs Bad bot, if not a bot, go and actually work on your channel.
11:30 OK that last item was a pretty cool way to debut the new studio LOL! good luck on your new adventure :)

Save the trees by replacing paper made from trees (a renewable resource) with paper made from rocks (a non renewable resource). Genius.
Hearing "Deathstalker" perked up my MST3K reference senses.
"The chilling sound of cardboard against cardboard!"
6:00 Fun fact - there are 3 or so 80s low budget fantasy flicks called Deathstalker, Deathstalker II and III.
I've made my own keyv2 a couple years ago for the exact same reasons. I use those keys so much at work it saves me so much time.
@Daniël I agree. How is that faster than just hitting CTRL + C or V. I use those keys hundreds of times at work also but would not consider making a macro for that function set.
I've got that model of treadmill, it folds up just like it. Except mine has handlebars and a safety tag, and it can go up to a quick jogging pace
Full Graphite pencils were present 15 years ago when i was in highschool, it's not a new thing . Everyone hated them though

austin team rocks in entertainment mistery tech section
Congrats on the new studio bro looks awesome 👌
The new studio is amazing! Love the new background
11:10 needs a dedicated webcam and site with audio (during recoding only)
I want to see that timer thing in the background of every Mystery Tech episode!
gonna miss the old studio but cant wait to see what the new one has in store, again congrats on the new studio and cheers to "season 2" of mystery tech 🥳
Thanks for providing entertainment, I broke my right wrist rollerskating earlier so you're entertaining me while I'm in the hospital
Omg kens walk with the bee gees i lost it lmao!!
I am so happy I could be at this momentous occasion when Austin Pulled a pin!
Looking forward to seeing what shenanigans happen in the new set. But why’d you switch camera perspectives.
You know you're a real geek when you refer to a store bought gaming keyboard as a "prebuilt" because you probably built your own
OH THANKS AUSTIN !! plz make more MYSTERY TECH.!!
the engineers making that time bomb, sorry, "clock" 100% knew what they were doing
YO! Congrats on the 1st M.T. for the new studio! Long may it continue!

I just noticed Ken's Negima! shirt and I'm an absolute fan!

Rest In Peace Austin Evans 🥲
Put the timer on the back shelf were we can see it in the future.
Dude great background and please use the new place from now on ❤
That copy and paste button has a stack overflow logo on it... And as a programmer I understand it's purpose

You should really have the time clock in the background! It’s definitely the most interesting product I’ve seen here lately.
The Stone Paper is not more eco-friendly. Also magazines use stone in the paper. How do you think they get that smooth feel.
Bro austin must have the best collection of goofy tech and shirts
Always funny and also 1 million days worth of mystery tech to come and maybe quadruple the number of days anyone's gonna watch.
BEST CLOSE to a video yet!!!
I have a recommendation for the next mystery tech. There's this little thing called a flipper zero that I think you would like austin.
That time thing looks cool I might buy it
Once Austin steps on the treadmill, my mind instantly goes to; "Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk, I'm a woman's man, no time to talk..."
wow i was searching for a video and you uploaded and it showed: 6 seconds ago
thanks for entertaining me
Ken for the next mystery tech you need to get Austin a DDR pad and play some StepMania lol.
So are they in both studios or is this recorded before they left the old one
Wow. Im so glad i watched this video when the device was activated. Quite a remarkable day in my life. Thank you guys.
Final Mystery Tech, you're amazing Austin.
You know something is overpriced when Ken says absolutely not!
Congrats on the new studio 🎉
The new studio looks great :)
Dude that treadmill was so Moto Razr.!!
The logo on copy paste keyboard in Stack Overflow. So it is fast shortcut to Stack Overflow to copy stuff and paste it in your code. 😁
The "pointer instrument" seems like something that should have shown up on Unbox Therapy.
Always love a new mystery tech
5:35 someone is totally going to do what we are all thinking they are going to do.
Austin, Ken, Matt and all the crew will live to the year 4000 😂👍
Ken: “That’s not fun.” 😂😂😂😂
Razor makes RGB first keyboard second. I'm surprised, that you guys were surprised, that the RGB was bright and came through the keys very well.
Love your videos Austin they always make my day❤
You guys are awesome. New set looks good!
kinda surprised nobody tried to burn the stone paper.
is this still the old studio?
I got such bad vibes from the nibbling dog i backlashed from my chair.
Hahaha ken and the staying alive song 💯 pure genius 💯
I’ve seen those 3 key keyboards before I think it said they were for rhythm games
I'm like 80% sure the time capsule had a camera on the back to take a picture of the moment, and you just snapped a picture of a brown desk for someone in 2000 years to find.
This should’ve been a double-feature episode 😂
How do you mot realize the first key has the stack overflow logo on it Austin? LOL
ngl u guys should do a mystery tech by buying a returns palette it would be very mystery
To the 10 people commenting "first" no you weren't first, Austin's editor was
You guys paid 249 for that keyboard?? I was gonna get the exact same one for like 80 holy hell
Please bring back the “Hey guys this is Austin”🙏
Yes! More Mystery Tech! Let's go!
To be fair, with remapping/software customization the keys the meme keyboard could be used more practically

That dog plushie is going to sold out🤤😩
What you dont know is that the clock is actually a time travel beacon acting as a solid waypoint for time travelers.
To be honest, that Brass Mouse would be great for a Steampunk setup.
Bruh...here I was thinking that was a WINDOW the whole time at the old studio!!! 👀
I’ll miss his old studio very much
The stone paper is FAB for outdoor things and travel as it can get soaked and still be fine.
