Patterned Twining in the Round

Learn how to do knit twining, a Scandinavian colorwork technique, in the round. This alternating color technique creates a thick, dense fabric usually with a cool herringbone-like pattern created by twisting the yarns around each other. The same technique can be used to create other diamond-like designs by changing the interval of the twists. Both English and continental style knitting will be demonstrated.

Very timely! This video pushed through to me just as I was finishing my decreases and was about to be ready to start the foot band on my first Entwinement sock. I definitely wanted to use the stacked diamonds design for the band and this explained very clearly and concisely how to do it. Thank you!
