FIXED! -- Velocidrone Not Finding Controller --(LIBUSB-WIN32)

A windows update went out and that affects Velocidrone from auto-discovering the transmitter -- here's how to fix it.
I run the Taranis Qx7 and had to perform these steps to get Velocidrone to recognize the controller again

@@Danimal-3D Have you had any issue with Betaflight not recognizing the controller as a Comm3? Watching a tutorial on setting up Betaflight and I can't get it to recognize the controller. Worth a shot. I have done the driver updates required to get to the step of plugging in my controller and seeing Comm3

I was impatient and didn't realize that he first clicked "browse for drivers on your computer" before he got the option for 'let me pick'. Choosing 'roll back driver' under driver properties does the exact same thing that he did here, and it's what I did, and it works. Maybe that will help someone.
