I have had a problem on my Arai Quantic that the pinlock wouldn't make contact towards the bottom side of the visor... After 1h of taking it off and on again, I just threw it out, what a piece of shit.
You threw out a helmet because you couldn't mount the pinlock lens correctly? Wow... there are loads of movies online showing how to do this quick and easy.
