Grew up in Cleveland listening to The Michael Stanley Band. Now I live about 45 minutes from where Michael played at Jamboree in the Hills. I went that year & was so happy to get to see him again. Years ago I walked up to him at a Prince concert at the Convocation Center in Cleveland and asked him for his autograph. Also saw him many years ago in concert at the Richfield Coliseum and John Cougar was the warm up band, don't remember the year. He was definitely Cleveland's Finest! He will be missed by many. He is singing with the angels now. 🙏🏻 for his family.
Big regret of mine never seeing MSB in concert, always loved the music when I heard it! RIP talented Cleveland music legend who will never be replaced in our hearts.
Saw Michael at 45 shows, ofcourse w/numerous different band members. He defines the "cleveland" sound. Saw him at sold out blossom shows in the 80s, and saw him at tiny venues w/ a couple hundred fans. Seeing MSB at Richfield collesium on new years eve with all Cleveland fans was an epic experience. In my musical world, there is be a void that can never be filled. RIP M S Gee.

Would love to see the full Blossom show that aired on tv.
It wasn't a full show. It was an hour long edit of a 2 and a half hour show. It was available on DVD for a long time, but is now out of print
@@DavidWadeDFAproductions yeah, you’re correct. I need to find it. So good!
