Bought this at Wal-Mart i love it cery easy to use makes ice cubes in 9 minutes i then put the cubes in a ziplock bag and store in the freezer. Great investment
I didn't know how much I would love something I didn't know I even wanted. I honestly lost 20 lbs in the past few months because I stop drinking sodas and snack food, instead i eat on ice cubes all day. Only my experience so far.
Ours did it too, take th panels off with th screws at the bottom and take the aluminum off.. might take some pressing but its ok. You will see a clear tube conect on both the bottom left side and top right in the other side, disconnect it from the top left side by tugging it softy, suck the water slightly to get some out and clean area and reconnect it. While your at it theres a small white motor connected to the other side of the clear tube, give it a few flicks when you turn the machine on incase motor is stuck in a half way through motion. That should fix it.. sorry for long explanation
Had the same problem, it seems if you plug it in and turn it on before you add water it will just say add water, so i unplugged the ice maker & drained the water, before i plugged it in, i added water plugged it in and worked hope this helps

Literally out of the box, kept saying add water. Unplugged and replugged a million times. I noticed the water wasn’t being sucked in at all, finally frustrated I tilted it slightly front to back, it kicked on! Not sure if my counter isn’t level but it’s making ice now.
I just got mine in the mail today. It sat unboxed on counter for over 4 hours, and nothing. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Green Light is flashing ,water is in it, but it's not making ice. The outside feels cold. Please help.
No, it's for home use & it's small, it also doesn't keep the ice cold, it's only a maker. It would most likely get hot & break down with so much use. I would look for one that keeps the ice frozen so you don't have to do so much work to keep the ice.

Ours continued to say Add Water after we added the water but we unplugged it and plugged it back in and it worked fine!
Super helpful. Thank you so much. I didn’t know what the basket was.
Does it really have to sit for 2 hours and can we change the size or is that just a glitch
So in the instructions it says you can change the ice size using the select button how do I do that with the on off button
how do you clean the little tray were the icecubes are made?
Good question. Did you figure that out because I’d also like to know
Huh? Clean it like you would anything else. Wash it like you would a cup or something.
What a dumb question

Geez I hope nobody chokes on those cubes. I could see one slipping past.
6 minutes for the first by the time the rest is made wont that first round be melted
By the time I get about 6-8 cubes they are almost melted by the time the next batch comes down! 😢
I love it

Mine came with no instructions whatsoever which seems to be a common occurrence with t e m u
Thank you for sharing. The manual wasn’t very detailed.

Mine leaked water from the bottom
It’s got a plug on bottom used during the cleaning process. Make sure it’s in securely.
