Yes I’ve been on grand jury in sumner county tn they meet the first week of every month or they did m-t,for 3months then a new jury is selected.i loved it.le detectives etc would bring all of their evidence pic videos audio etc and we would determine a true bill or a non true bill,a true bill is a indictment,after the indictment LE goes and picks up said person n arrest them and if you are indicted you do not go to general sessions you go to criminal court with judge D. Gay,the 3 months I served we indicted everyone put in front of us but only one person and that was because there wasn’t enough evidence to say they were guilty of said crime.i had very diff cases some that would make you lose sleep It’s the first full week of the month so it would be the second week in January

I served on a GJ for six months years ago. I would see it as guilt and send a true bill.
The prosecution will be bringing the evidence to the GJ it's all one-sided trying to achieve an indictment.

Yes I’ve been on grand jury in sumner county tn they meet the first week of every month or they did m-t,for 3months then a new jury is selected.i loved it.le detectives etc would bring all of their evidence pic videos audio etc and we would determine a true bill or a non true bill,a true bill is a indictment,after the indictment LE goes and picks up said person n arrest them and if you are indicted you do not go to general sessions you go to criminal court with judge D. Gay,the 3 months I served we indicted everyone put in front of us but only one person and that was because there wasn’t enough evidence to say they were guilty of said crime.i had very diff cases some that would make you lose sleep
It’s the first full week of the month so it would be the second week in January

Update: I found the video and took a screenshot. I enlarged it. I *don't think* it's the same truck bed... Also there appears to be something dark on the top of the roof of the one at TRH so probably not the same truck as in this photo.
