Looks like things went well! Awesome! Curious, do you knock down the stock amount of momentum in the TCS decoders? From my memory theres a ton in them. One continual piece of feedback ive gotten from people that operate my layout centers around momentum, problem is, half say i have too much, and half say dont touch a thing.. so i haven't really decided what i should do with it yet.
I use a setting of 25 in jmri for momentum, and set switching and mainline momentum to the same value so if you accidentally switch, it doesn't matter. 25 seems enough that it smooths out speed changes but still quite responsive
Congratulations on your first Ops Session! Hope to see more! How did you find time to take the videos? I only manage to take a few stills (if I'm lucky!).
Thank you for sharing. Nice👍
Excellent operating session B&LE in HO scale! 😎😎😎😎
Very cool
Looks like FUN and a really amazing layout, wow! Great to see some lovely familiar faces here. Blessings, everyone!
Awesome! Hopefully I can make the next one.
Looks like you had fun! That's a nice large layout!
Looks like you all had a good time!
Congrats on the first ops session on the new layout.

@4:49 which person are you? Ray brown. Are you in that photo?
I'm holding the camera for that picture. I'm in the black at 4:30.
@bessemerlakeerieinhoscale6061 oh ok. Cool. Great sesson, layout looks great.
Any lessons learned?
Indeed. Working some power upgrades. Other changes on if cars should be on the head end or trailing end of trains.
Looks like y'all had a blast.
It was a good time!
I've always been curious if you designed your own track plan.
@babebuddy1 yes, my plan.
