I love the cover. Stunning. I did watch a Creativation video taken at this workshop. Very interesting. I really enjoyed the mixed media.
I love someone who jumps in both feet and throws caution to the wind. Cool looking and I'm only half way through.
This is what I love about watching your videos: you commit whole heartedly and “go for it”! I find myself talking to the video. “Yeah, you go for it Gayle! We’re all behind you!” We may be peeking out from around the door just in case it explodes, but we’re behind you all the way!😄💞
😂🤣😂❤️
I can hardly wait to see how your paste and paper creation looks after you watercolor it. It is beautiful as is. I love mixed media.
Hi Gayle. Thank you for taking the time to show this to us. The bendy paste is amazing.
I think the stone paper/paste project was a win! It looked fun to do and so pretty.
O my that paper turned out beautiful and that stencil on it looks amazing ♥️♥️♥️ that's gonna be a beautiful cover.
The cover is beautiful and so is the Nuevo card. I have enjoyed the mixed media and learned things. Thank you so much for sharing your ideas with us. Be blessed ❤️🐶
Very interesting paper and paint. I like experimenting with new products too! As my favorite animal, the turtle, says, " If you don't stick out your neck once in a while, you'll just never get anywhere."
Mix media is great. I loved it all. I liked what you did today with the Stamperia paper. Have a wonderful and blessed day.
Super awesome stone paper with flowers!! Can hardly wait to see what you do with it next. Exciting!💕hugs
Love the way your cover turned. So fun watching you work through your vision. Thank you for sharing 🤗
It's so fun to watch the different medias that you try. Thank you once again.
Interesting paper, love the cover. Always enjoy watching your videos and getting new ideas. Have a great day! 👍🌻🌻🌻
The cover turned out great. I loved the contrast of the stencil and the background it was stunning
I really like the stone paper. The background was gorgeous and the flowers on top are so pretty. Love the ephemera too.
You have introduced me to so many ways to craft. Love seeing what you come up with.
Gayle, just wanted to let you know that enjoyed this Vlog. You are so creative. I love how you carry on a conversation with us. Truly feels like I am visiting with a friend. Looking forward to your next Vlog and I continue to look forward to one day owning one of your creations.

❤️❤️❤️
Gayle...I made the designer paper with clear wrap, copy paper, and parchment paper...and a cool-designed napkin...it came out great! Thank you for all you teach us...you make some beautiful ephemera and journals. I love your artistic ability to create something from hardly anything...a piece of paper, basically.
Thank you for taking us on your May Adventure!
What fun, you are so brave to jump in on camera and mess around with something you had no idea what would happen. Looks great can't wait to see what is next
Another great video. I love how the cover came out! 🥰🥰🌸🌸🌸
I really like how your paper turned out. It's going to be a beautiful cover. Great video.
The mixed media May has been an inspiration and has inspired me to try reimagining some of my ugly scrapbook paper into some more interesting stuff. I've done some college and some sprays inks and gesso and just stretched a bit out of my comfort zone thanks to you. I have been thinking of trying stuff that is more abstract and textured, quite stretch of someone who has dedicated her life to being able to draw "realistically". Thank you for reminding me that the pleasure is in th ed process of creating and not just in the perfect results .
Love and hugs to you, Pat! 🤗❤️
Wowza Gayle that stone paper is amazing I'm so glad you did this video, I had no idea this stuff existed. Thank for for sharing & take care!
I like how the cover looks so far but can’t wait to see it colorized. Thanks for sharing.
I love how your cover turned out! It is beautiful!! It's funny that you said it looked like leather. I watched the creativation demonstration video. At one point he balled it all up and scrunched it so it took on the look of old leather. It was really cool. Super fun stuff. I'm so glad you tried the stencil. I love the white on top of the brown. Very striking! Thanks for sharing.
Loved this section. The cover turned out great. I have really enjoyed mixed media May!! Thanks for a fun month
Love that you are doing mixed media Monday. So the new thing is I get my two dogs and say "Girlssssss, should we watch Gayle," they jump on the couch with me all excited. Im sure they watch youtube on the TV too.
Love that! Give them an ear scratch for me! 🐶🐶❤️
@@gayleagostinelli_ct they send a big puppy kiss your way. They think they will be great friends for Jimmy Joe if they were on the same sides of the world haha
It's always a little nerve wracking when trying new things but I do love how this came how and the way the paste dried. Can't wait to see what else you do to this!! TFS Gayle!! Hugs, Liz:)
Very pretty! Got to get my stencils and paste out more often. Great journal cover. Hugs 🤗 from North Carolina
Everything turned out awesome today! Thank you for sharing💚
Today’s video felt like going on an adventure with you. It was fun! Thanks. 😘💜💜🤗
Love the spots! The stencil is fabulous!!!
I love that cover just the way it is. So pretty.
Gayle i live this stone paper and the soft paste makes a beautiful page
Love that cover, Gayle! Good job!
Love the way your mixed media project looks. Can't wait to see it colorized. I've so enjoyed your mixed media May. Glad you are going to continue with these types of videos.
That's beautiful before and after the stencil! TFS ❣️🌻💜🦋💙🐞
Love the paper with creamy white flower's for a journal cover! I think it's gorgeous as is no painting necessary! Think about it...
Ohhhh this is different, not heard of the stone paper but will look out for it. Thanks again Gayle, Love from the UK xxx
What a cool journal cover!

@@SimpLeeBeth Thank you, this is very helpful.
That stone paper and cream paste looks cool. I like the booklet Emily made. Have a great Sunday!
I really enjoyed this and watching you experiment with the new products. It is good to know what you are getting into before purchase and I thank you for doing that for us.
Have a wonderful day/evening.
Take care!
For not knowing what you were doing, that cover turned out beautiful!!! I have gift cards for Amazon left from Mother's Day and my birthday and I'm having a hard time picking out either distress spray sets, color bursts or water color set. Too many choices to decide which one!!! 😂 You have inspired me to try something new...now I just need to make up my mind which one to try. 💜
I know you’ve ready done it... but I love the paper just the way it is!! White! It’s classy! I know that whatever you do will look awesome!!!
Gayle, when you sprayed the bottle onto the stone paper it left a very cool round circle like a fire work burst. Would it be too wet to let dry like that? You brushed it out and blended it in. That was cool, but so were the firework bursts! Way cool! Your work fascinates me!!!
Ty.
Thanks for sharing Gayle! The cover is beautiful! I bought some stone paper quite a while ago and it's still in my stash. I think I will color it and make a little pouch with it, like you did with the Krafttex a while ago. Thanks for the inspiration.
Oh I love that stencil so much and curious about that paste. Another thing on the wish list! tfs xo
Here is a video of Stamperia Designer Antonis Tzanidakis's demo that Gayle mentioned missing-

Your journal cover is beautiful.
Fun stuff. Reminds me of Kraft-Tex. The stencil came out beautiful!
Much, much more on the paper side than KraftTex, but the toughness is similar! ❤️
I am 30 minutes in and WOW!!! I love it and here I go shopping for supplies again! :) Hugs!!

That cover turned out really beautiful. I like it just white but it'll be beautiful too colorful. Beautiful ephemera you made too. Great video as always. Thanks for sharing with us!
This is gorgeous
Good good Sunday morning Gayle!!! Yay mixed media! Woot woot. I hope you have a Super duper Sunday. Xoxo
Good Morning! Happy Sunday! ❤️
I really enjoy the different mixed media.
lol, I love when you get excited over how something comes out! "OOO That's cool!" I LOVE IT!! Thank you for sharing another great video
HUGS!
Looks great just as it is no focal point!!
"I don't know what I'm doing." Gayle may I quote you on that? Exactly what I say to myself each time I pull out my little box of stash to try one of the projects you so effortlessly pull together!
The stone paper looks interesting. Love how your paper came out with the stenciled flowers. Eager to see how the paste comes out.
James Dalton Trumbo (December 9, 1905 - September 10, 1976) was an American screenwriter and novelist who scripted many award-winning films including Roman Holiday (1953), Exodus, Spartacus (both 1960), and Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo (1944). One of the Hollywood Ten,[1] he refused to testify before the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC) in 1947 during the committee's investigation of Communist influences in the motion picture industry. When he was given public screen credit for both Exodus and Spartacus in 1960, it marked the beginning of the end of the Hollywood Blacklist for Trumbo and other affected screenwriters. The movie you saw must have been the one made in 2015 - staring Byron Cranston as Dalton and Diane Lane as his wife Cleo. Helen Miren was Hedda Hopper! I would swear there was another older film on this same topic. I love how the cover cane out!
We just watched Trumbo last night! I agree with you. It was really well done. Oh...and the actress is Diane Lane.
Oh yes! Thank you! ❤️
The cover turned out cool
lol this was fun to watch Gayle - TFS
Wow, does it feel like Creativation was a lifetime ago! This looks really cool.
Yeah the up and down drying shake........not good for the motion sickness. Lol. X
Oopsie! Sorry pal! 🤢❤️
Good morning everyone! I love the mixed media since I am just learning!
Morning Beverly! ❤️
Well that all looks very interesting! Is the paper a bit like the kraft-tex? The paste is very creamy. Can't wait to see how you paint on it! 💕
I loved Mixed Media May and hope you will continue with mixed media. So much still to learn and discover! 🌈
Not at all like KraftTex. It’s much more like thick paper. Interesting stuff! ❤️
@@gayleagostinelli_ct Thanks Gayle, very interesting indeed!
Love it! Great video! Hugs! 🤗🤗🤗
I'm not sure I've ever seen a spray come out in a circle pattern. Unusual.
Good Morning - you are so brave to try something new on camera - can't wait to see how you color the paste - Hugs.
“I am nervous pervous.” You are a delight 😂 I was glued to the screen watching you figure out these new media. With the red layer, the last one before the spray one, it kinda fell into place. It looked like a Tuscany wall sorta. Well at least what I imagine a Tuscany wall could look like because I honestly have no idea 🤣 Dunno about the spray stuff, it kinda made it look like a Toscane wall of a heavy smoker 😂 But with the droplets and the border it morphed into a cool background. And that cream stuff, oh my 😮 That looks good enough to eat! Or I might be just hungry 😋 Anyway, I had a blast and that cream stuff goes onto my wishlist. And that stencil. And that paper. And that..... *my voice drifts softly to the background while naming everything and more, but Santa is getting bored listening as I am sure you are too 😉❤️
Add the color into the paste before you use the stencil. That could be why the ink is so thin. ?? You're a lovely person. I appreciate your conversation every day.
Thank you!
I wonder if you could spritz or sponge color on the paste before you remove the stencil? Would the color dry into the paste?
Great idea to try! ❤️
When you first started with the red, not going to lie, it reminded me of a crime scene😳. But it all turned out beautifully. Hugs, Veronica.
I checked that Etsy shop and she no longer has those items for sale. Did you also purchase that stencil from her shop? I love it. Could you provide the name of it for me Gayle so I can look it up? I really enjoy watching you play and experiment; this one came out very nice. ♥️🌹
I’m sure she sold out quickly. Sorry you missed it. I didn’t purchase the stencil from her. I googled Stamperia stencils and found it that way. Stamperia is all it says. No other name. Sorry to not be of more help. ❤️
@@gayleagostinelli_ct 🌼 I can find it on this time website. I love their. Thank you for your time.
Regarding the new product: Kinda looks like the bark of a tree. I loved the white on brown,
Such a terrific technique for a journal!!!!! I love the way it came out and especially the color. You are so delightful to watch and listen to - if cannot watch your video during my morning coffee, I do not feel the rest of the day goes well 🤨🤨. I was so excited to get the proper supplies, I jumped to the Dis-Organized Crafter to place an order. However, I could not find the paper under any catagory and there was not a "Notify Me When Back In Stock" option. Is she going to carry the Stone Paper or are there other vendors who carry it? I did find the creamy paste on the website, but not the ink package you were using. I'm confused which inks to purchase and could not read the type and colors during your demo. I did go to Stamperia website, but couldn't even find the paper. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you and stay safe💕🤗🌺
Hi Karen! I’m sorry I don’t know anything about the supply chain for Stamperia. I can only share where I purchased it. Maybe you could message the Disorganized Crafter and ask her if she will be getting more. I’m sorry I’m not more help. I think people rushed the store after this video and bought her out. ❤️
I love how this came out, that paste came out beautiful and I really like it white but I understand you need to experiment with coloring it. Maybe just take a little bit of a paste and stencil and put it on a piece of scrap paper so you can practice with watercolor or acrylic or inks to see what would work best on it.
Be sure to watch the leather look demo videos from creativation
Yes, I have. But you know me, I do my own thing. 😁❤️
Thanks for sharing your brave experiment with us. I looked around at some other info on this...even the video of the demo. To me, it looks similar to Kraftex. Is it? I'm anxious to see your finished product! 😘
Not at all like KraftTex. It’s way more on the side of paper. Just apparently indestructible! 😘❤️
@@gayleagostinelli_ct Good to know! Thanks! Mystery material. Haha
I've been binge watching you tonight!
What book did the pages that you made into envelopes come from?
I’m sorry I don’t know as I received those pages in happy mail. 🥴❤️
That is beautiful! Hugs 🤗
Watching in 2024 😊
Interesting project. The paper looks like stained wood. I think you need to move your camera up a little as we are seeing past the edge of your desk to your feet.
You can sketch and draw on stone/mineral paper with metal. Use a metal stylus, a piece of wire, even your ring. You can't erase the marks. They are permanent. Welcome to Metalpoint/Silverpoint art.
You make me laugh at your jokes you have the same of Uma gas me gale Hayley from UK love your work and story telling
🌸💗💗🌸
I realize that you have 37,000 subbies now but I don’t think you’ve said hi and hugs to me lately 😢
Noted! And soon to be corrected! 😂. You know I love you though, right? 🤗😘❤️
Gayle Agostinelli yes I know. Was just feeling left out. 😷
And Mixed Media Mid Week. lol
