Hunger Buster Recipe
Ingredients
• 2 bags green tea
• Juice of 1 lemon or lime
• Pinch to ½ teaspoon hot pepper
• Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon raw honey, steevia or maple syrup
Direction
1. Bring 8 cups of water to a boil
2. Place teabags in a large bowl and cover with boiled water. Leave to steep for 5 minutes. Remove and
discard teabags
3. Once cooled, mix in other ingredients
4. Drink throughout the day between meal or as you get hungry
