That It cosmetics blush that you used Allie is one of my all time favorite blushes. It’s one of the only blushes that I’ve actually used up the whole thing twice. It’s so beautiful for fairer skin tones. It’s supposed to like adapt to everyone’s skin it’s stunning on you❤

I have been wearing then for over 15 years. Give it another try. Shake the bottle and only use a thin layer, one pump max. It is so easy to wear and feels so light. Clinique became known about the same time Coach became available to the 30 somethings who are now in their 60’s. Clinique is still top shelf, but with the introduction of Sephora and so many new products, Coach and Clinique fell to the way side.
I may be misunderstanding what you said, but Coach was more original than Clinique. I’m an old lady 😊 and I had a Coach purse before Clinique ever came on the market.

Also, I was still in the drug store buying makeup. Ponds cold cream was how we removed makeup, so when Clinique came out it was amazing. I was in my early 30’s. I hope this clears any confusion.

I try foundations and always go,back to Clinique. It just works well for me. Right now I’m using the stay matte oil free foundation. I just wish they had more colors for their foundations.

But I tried it again with just one thin layer and it ended up beautiful. Also their little blushes are so good too.
Yes! Please do a review on the Bare Minerals Serum foundation. They use to have a serum foundation years ago and discontinued it. It was amazing, so I am super curious about this new serum product!!😊
I hated that foundation, until I learn to use it. Half pump for all face and using a fluffy brush, I use a clinique one. Aplying by sections is important too. Now is one of my favourites.
Clinique even better serum foundation is one of my favorite foundation thank you Allie❤ and yes that foundation is kinda full coverage less is more, I’m on my second bottle now😊
Clinique and Estee Lauder were my first department store brands back in the late 1970s, lol. I thought that the Clinique serum foundation looked really good on you. I was blown away by the blush and the lip liner colors on you, though, Allie! Those are keepers for sure. The balm color was okay but not fabulous IMO. I think you could have done a clear gloss and been good to go over that lip liner color!
Your skin looked like it was glowing! Gorgeous 💜 I do the same with my eyes, using a bit of blush, added highlighter, lip liner + gloss (that one was really pretty 😢it tasted weird), of course mascara, brows and a tiny bit of powder 🤌💁🏼♀️💜
I went through 1 bottle of that Clinique foundation. It means a lot because I am a foudation gal and I buy a lot of different formulas. This foundation is also perfect for oily skin. I love it! And the coverage is insane. Highly recommend. Sending love from Poland!❤P.S. I just came back from Prague and as a souvenir I have brought a Dermacol foundation. It was one of the first formulas used and loved in Hollywood movies in the past. Now they have a new generation of high coverage formula. I loooove it. Hope you can try it in the US too. ❤
I was a PC for Clinique for years. I KNEW they would tell you Even Better was what you should try. I love the Brand and I still use some Clinique skincare products. I’m glad they are getting some love, the skincare is great.

I use the L’Oréal Infallible blush to smooth my pores. Love that blush and will literally last forever since I barely even touch the blush since it’s so pigmented. And that lip liner is beautiful! I got a L’Oréal lip liner in a coffee color and it looked so pretty! I’m going to browns on the lips! They look so pretty.

I’m so glad I caught this video where you tried the Clinique foundation. I had a Diamond reward at Ulta and was able to get this for free. We must be shade twins because I use Mont Blanc in the NARS Light Reflecting Foundation just like you (when I am not self-tanned). I can’t believe this Flax shade is the lightest they make…I know there must be fairer complexions out there other than ours.
ALLIE !!! You need to talk about the IRL whipped lip by Makeup Revoluton (in the lightest shade). It's a HOLY GRAIL for pale girls, I've never found a shade light enough for me in liquid lipsticks that's ACTUALLY pink. All light colors are usually neutral or bland ❤️❤️❤️ I think it's also an awesome color for an ombre lip.
I got the Ulta brand mascara in the hot pink tube & I love it. It was in a freebie goodie bag. I like it better than Lash Paradise. It has a great brush, stays on all day & I like the formula. I especially like the price!! My new favorite! I don't know how it reacts to water, but it removes easily with Dollar Store makeup wipes.

I've been enjoying No. 7 stick foundation enormously. I found the perfect color for me--cool vanilla. I think my coloring is similar to yours; Dark hair, fair skin with a pink unertone. Would love to see your take on it. it's drugstore so fairly affordable. Love your videos!
I find that Clinique foundation a bit finicky. It definitely doesn’t wear well for me, especially if I try to build it up I get dry/thick patches. Definitely less is more with that one, but even then I have foundations that wear much better on me and that I don’t have to be so ”careful” with. I’m not sure if it’s the serum in it, but it definitely doesn’t wear well if I use a hyaluronic acid primer or if I add powder or setting spray on top. I’ve nearly finished the whole bottle but only because it’s expensive and I’m stubburn! Looking forward to finishing it and opening something new.

Gina- I had the same problem with brush streaks. I tried Allie's tip of going over the foundation with a sponge. It really does make a difference! It takes the streaks right away! Hope this helps! 😊
The IT cosmetics foundation brush is the best one I’ve found for not leaving steaks. I think it’s cause it has fluffy/soft bristles that help blend it in and it doesn’t streak. Before I got the IT one, I would have to use a brush then a sponge to get rid of the streaks, but don’t need a sponge with the IT one (plus it’s double ended and has a concealer brush on the other end).
Allie did you see Natasha Denona announced a new eyeshadow palette? I nearly died when I saw the color story because it's perfect! Literally the perfect shades for everyday makeup and it isn't warm toned like a lot of other palettes

Have or would you ever consider pairing up with an elementary classroom (I teach 5th grade) to help promote positive self esteem? I’ve worked on mine all summer and have been watching your videos and several others religiously. Found STEM kits on Amazon where classes could make lip balms, bath bombs, etc, but rather pricey when you are buying for 30 students. There used to be the most beautiful eyeliner by Clinque, a green gold liner in a larger pencil. I wore it all the time for a while.

I’m not sure if it’s the serum in it, but it definitely doesn’t wear well if I use a hyaluronic acid primer or if I add powder or setting spray on top. I’ve nearly finished the whole bottle but only because it’s expensive and I’m stubburn! Looking forward to finishing it and opening something new.

Gina- I had the same problem with brush streaks. I tried Allie's tip of going over the foundation with a sponge. It really does make a difference! It takes the streaks right away! Hope this helps! 😊
The IT cosmetics foundation brush is the best one I’ve found for not leaving steaks. I think it’s cause it has fluffy/soft bristles that help blend it in and it doesn’t streak. Before I got the IT one, I would have to use a brush then a sponge to get rid of the streaks, but don’t need a sponge with the IT one (plus it’s double ended and has a concealer brush on the other end).
Clinique was the high end clean/ healthy brand in my day.

Have or would you ever consider pairing up with an elementary classroom (I teach 5th grade) to help promote positive self esteem? I’ve worked on mine all summer and have been watching your videos and several others religiously. Found STEM kits on Amazon where classes could make lip balms, bath bombs, etc, but rather pricey when you are buying for 30 students. I’d really like to see something like this occur to help my students and make my classroom unique and exciting. Thoughts?? ❤❤Susan

I hope one day you will try the Mac fix stay over spray (the white bottle) i love the charlotte tilbury setting spray and this Mac one even works better! It feels lighter non drying. Charlotte tilbury one at some days i would feel something on my face if u get what i mean❤
