1963 Rambler American

Made from images gleaned from the Internet, with audio supplied by an LP prepared for dealer sales training - was supposed to be paired with a filmstrip. I found matches for most of what is described in the audio

One of many family cars as a child was the green color 63 American Rambler it was a great all around car with the 4 door and became my first car at 13 because the clutch went out so it became my first clutch job as a fledgling mechanic. True Story.😊😊

I remember an older friend of mine had one of these. They told me the windshield wipers weren't working and I thought they were being had when they said it was because of the fuel pump. It turned out that the fuel pump supplied vacuum to run the wipers and her mechanic coulden't find a replacement. Never saw that before or since!

My first car was a 1969 AMC Rebel Cross-Country. Had the same crummy vacuum wipers. My '72 Matador had Electric wipers, though...

My parents had a wagon, they said it got around thirty miles to the gallon of gas. It was a all around workhorse for a car of it's size.
