- In Chinese language, verbs and adjectives are often reduplicated. In this episode of Chinese grammar, we will learn the reduplication of verbs in Mandarin Chinese.

To be honest I love this mode of teaching because it exposes you to how normal Chinese people speak. Additionally, you can also train your ears to listen to Chinese if you know enough already. Overall, very helpful towards almost all levels I would say.

As already noted in another comment, no. 2 should be 聊聊天 since 聊天 is a verb-object pair, and only the verb portion can be reduplicated.
However, no. 1 should be 休息休息 since 休息 is a verb-verb pair, and can be reduplicated as a pair.
For no. 3, some people are putting 说了说 but I don't think that 了 is necessary, since the sentence starts with 昨天 ("yesterday") so we already know the action is in the past.
This, as always, very interesting and useful but I do have a suggestion or two if I may:
Please, you go too fast, at least for me. No soon have you spoken a phrase than it disappears off screen. I need time to look and absorb the information. I also need time whilst you're reading the script to find where I am and try to reconcile which words are new to me and what the characters are. Some extra explanation of the text also wouldn't hurt. I know that would add 50% to the length of the video but I don't think too many people would find that a problem if they're genuinely interested in learning, (or are you deliberately trying to keep your videos below the 10 minute mark where UA-cam starts adding adverts in)?
In any case, many thanks for all your hard work.
