    I like when people speak slowly, even in my native language, it's very relaxing. Some comprehensible input people start making pauses between words, while you manage to speak very fluently and naturally. Love yor channel already! 🥰

    With great communication and empathy the world could be yours! And I love your courage to try spontaneity. And your reflection in your approach to relationships this year is very profound. It all sounds like you have set yourself up to have a wonderful 2025 in all the paths you take and with all the people you take them with.
    And yes, you really can do media content. Its great. Well done👏👏👏

    Very pleasant to listen to you many times to absorb all the learning. ❤ Dawn, I'm like you, I like to do the end of year review and the beginning of year goal setting. My goals are pretty open ended. One of my main goals is to study some Chinese every day. So this goal carries over from last year to this coming year with renewed vigor. The more I study, the better my memory gets, and so it's very encouraging to see some momentum building. Thanks for producing these helpful, enjoyable, and sweet podcasts. ❤

    I'd say your channel is one of the best ways to learn Chinese! You speak slowly and clearly and have very practical content. I like how you highlight the harder words. Even doing it in every phrase would be very helpful. Can you replace HSK with pinyin so people can see how to pronounce it? Keep up the good work!

    • @chineseatdawn5744
      @chineseatdawn5744  20 днів тому +2

      Thank you for your kind feedback!! 😊I’ve been thinking about whether HSK or pinyin instructions are more useful, and I agree that more people benefit from having pinyin notes! I’ll definitely consider incorporating that more in future videos.

      Hi there! Just a heads-up that I’ve added Pinyin subtitles to the video. You can find them by turning on CC and selecting Chinese (Simplified). Hope this helps!

    Wow! thank you for this video. I struggle with those same anxieties about traveling. But I just need to do my best to prepare best as I can, and your chinese teaching videos help out a lot. Thank you 👍

      Thank you for sharing that! Honestly, I still struggle with those anxieties sometimes too, but my travel experiences have definitely given me more confidence. I also believe it’s always a good idea to prepare as best as you can and then let the rest unfold with a bit of randomness :D

    Wow, this is so good!! You speak so clearly and at a perfect speed. My only wish is that you also add pinyin. That would make it a lot easier to look up words.
    谢谢🙏❤

      Thank you for your feedback! 😊 I’ll definitely try to incorporate pinyin in my upcoming videos. In the meantime, you can also check out tools like Language Reactor and Trancy, which display pinyin with CC subtitles. Hope that helps!

      Wanted to write the same comment about pinyin but you already did it) For the learners of Chinese pinyin is the only was to understand the reading of new hanzi

    I wish I was as bright and insightful as you but regretfully I'm not. At least I make an effort to learn some Chinese. I also wish I could write this in Chinese but I can't right now 😢 . Thank you for sharing your resolutions.

      Hi! The fact that you’re making an effort to learn Chinese already shows how bright and determined you are. I’m sure you have so many strengths you might not even realise yet! Don’t worry about writing in Chinese just yet - I believe you’ll get there sooner than you think. 🌟加油!

    说走就走 - 总是有意思是spontaneous吗?

    • @chineseatdawn5744
      @chineseatdawn5744  4 дні тому

      大多数情况下是的,“说走就走”一般用来形容没有提前计划、临时决定的行动,尤其是旅行。However, sometimes, what looks like a spontaneous act might actually be something rooted in someone's heart for a long time, don't you think?
