my spasms in. my feet, toes, legs, groin area all started when I had shots in my back for sciatica. Surprisingly the shots helped me where I could start bending and stretching, and was happy. I might have stretched and love it but think the Charles horses are a direct cause of that. So many at night, I lose count. I wanted to thank you for that excellent video, it covered everything we all need to do, so thorough, presented in a nice calm way, and perfect content. Thank you again.
I had leg spasms very rarely. Then I had trigger point injections in my lower back because of sciatica. Which surprisingly helped to the point where I could finally do PT exercises which helped so much. Then not soon after, a day or so, my foot, toes, legs, thigh and even goin would get Charley Horses all night. Now 24/7 the bones on top of my foot and shin always have pain. Not sure if this helps you in your practice but figured I'd share
Dr thank you very much for all that information is really very helpful and I can’t believe nobody has told that before specially knowing the nightmare I have every night I appreciate a lot your sharing and help you gave me

I love how all these suggestions to gently stretch but im screaming like im being murdered and just grabbing your muscle in feable attempts to massage but really just squeezing trying to stop the spasm.
I literally just came on here to let someone know the relief I just experienced! I get Charlie Horses for absolutely no reason sometimes while I’m laying down and I guess I moved the wrong way lol. One Solution I’ve read is to massage the muscle, which does not work for me because it makes the pain worse. The quickest resolve for me was to quickly stand up straight, making sure to keep my heels all the way down to the floor and bend down as much as I can with my arms hanging low. This worked for a long time, however not as successful nowadays (maybe age is a factor). I read another solution about applying heat to the area which I like because I believe thermal therapy is amazing but did not feel like looking for my heating pad due to the pain I was in, so I decided to take a hot shower (not too hot of course but just enough. The pain was gone in less than a minute or so especially after letting the hot water just run down my legs. Such a relief! Pain-free and clean at the same time! What a win-win!😅 hope this helps for someone!
Could you possibly do a video on thiamine deficiency? It’s not talked about at all!! I was bed bound & actually nearly died from heart issues, severe digestive issues, etc etc and was misdiagnosed for 3 years, I was on so much abdo pain & unwell, couldn’t eat, so fatigued I couldn’t dress myself. It was bad. And I came across a video on thiamine deficiency. Started taking high dose benfotiamine & my whole life has changed! Nearly Every single symptom gone!! Changed & saved my life! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
We appreciate you watching! 😊❤🙏 If possible, we would appreciate a quick rating (hopefully good), as it makes a HUGE difference! g.page/r/CaxJ9b-O6o27EBM/review We are working hard every day to make better and more meaningful content! This is what keeps us going, for sure.

Wow he's right on point with the shoe shoes are very important I learned that coming up in New York City walk in the streets of New York a good quality shoe was absolutely necessary and he is so correct the baddest shoe the better your life span in your focus in your concentration when you have a good shoe on you can think better you're better on your balance and everything when you have an unsupportive shoot you have to grip the ground it takes away from your casualties so a good shoes absolutely necessary in these shoes that they are wearing today show signs of something that is to happen yes the shoes they wear nowadays haves a big sign on them
Doctors here are useless ( East Coast Canada ) . I told my doc and she said she’d give me a pill to take the edge off of life . Getting a Charlie horse in the back of the legs is easy to get out but when it’s in the front shin , it’s super hard 😢 I’m going to start stretching more thnx ❤
Several vitamin deficiency states may directly or indirectly lead to muscle cramps. These include deficiencies of thiamine (B1), pantothenic acid (B5), and pyridoxine (B6). The precise role of deficiency of these vitamins in causing cramps is unknown.👍
While this is true and deficiencies can cause these issues, we usually find a simple daily multivitamin can really cover all these issues (although obviously nothing is 100%). People focus on complicated stuff like this that effects maybe
