I'm glad you pointed out this planetary "alignment" will not have any harmful effects on Earth. The gravitational effects of the planets on the Earth is negligible compared to the sun. Moreover as you mentioned later these "alignments" are often not true alignments at all but only appear so from our viewpoint. (I wish there was a better term than "alignment" to describe these events.) But I am sure some conspiracy theorists will still claim some impending disaster is about to unfold.
Great astronomy video, despite my parallax from London. Skeptical of any possibility to observe as uch an epochal event , light pollution and the world's busiest airspace ?
Glad you liked the video! Observing from London can be hard with light pollution and busy skies, but some planets might still be visible during the alignment.
Ok but, why does the orbit of Jupiter have the same amount of years, as the suns solar cycle? 11.85 years? Is the orbit strictly caused by the solar cycle? Or are there more intertwined gravitational effects?
It isn't directly caused by the Sun's solar cycle. It's determined by its distance from the Sun and the laws of gravity. The solar cycle, which lasts about 11 years, is related to the Sun's magnetic activity and not its gravitational pull. Thanks for watching!
Based on the thumbnail, I thought Mars was gonna show up twice.
@@gorjlg You are very right. Thumbnail 7 clearly visible Planets, Thumbnail Caption states 6 Planets. That’s phenomenal 😂
😂
You forgot Pluto!!! Lol
@@scottwooldridge8946 Pluto was reclassified as a dwarf planet in 2006 by the IAU .
Can we see all the dwarf planets also. And there alignment? @@zgarcia563
@zgarcia563 yes. I know.
Lol 😂
Awesome video!
Thanks for watching!
Too cool!
@@cataderian It really is 🔭
It is. Thanks for watching!

Or Mercury
We're all gonna get uhhh
Thanks for watching!
Pleez tel me about mercury
Here with Bortle9 I can only see Venus
Yeah, it is really hard to see most planets. Thanks for watching!

How planet la here
Who's got the time to look UP at stars when we are hard up looking DOWN after this planet?
@@albertchehade9916 easy buddy, just take 5 minutes to yourself and look up East and then SW right after sunset then the show heads West.

I know all about what's above my head, thanks for the heads up though....
