- This setup hits 156s on the TermLab and beats hard daily. The subs will handle some power. The scv-7500d amplifier @ 0.5ohm in no joke for power ouput & these subs handle every last bit of it.

It's funny how no one can see the point behind this set up.
Guys they work at/for sundown and they beat on the equipment like most of us do that have it.
Does it look thrown in yup is the amp mounted to the box yup but most importantly its baggin and not missing a beat.
Good job sundown
When I heard money man had to slap that like button
Kevin Carrillo thought I was the only one that noticed 😂🤙🏾
Kevin Carrillo lol u ain't never lied 😂💯💪
What song is this banger ?
@@natespins4203 money man step on it
Meee tooo!
I praise you my good man for bumping Money Man 🙏
I've never seen a build like this in person. Om fucking God look at that amp it's huge!
no u ddnt jus play money man ,bro u deserve a thumbs up😂
jae da KING automatically 💪🏽💪🏽
What song is the first song
Now that's some heavy duty bass .that thing hits nice and the highs so just as good. Your recording is on point picking up that bass 🔥🔥 🔥
y’all played money man *hits the like button*
The first song is money man step on it
ricardo rodriguez box to small ..!! He got enough power than on top of that it’s the songs he playing too
They sound nasty dude awesome liked and subscribed 🤘
Damn. That shit sounds good
I’m still not sure if I should go with the u series, or the x?
Just cause I know the song beats hard I hit like homie
Sounds good‼️ I been debating on what I should run an what would give me the most output. Either wanna run 4-12s or 2 or 3 15s. Thinking either U12s or 15s or X12s or 15s. Or some brutal sounds big brute 12s or 15s which I know either can handle 2k each or more. I will be taking out my back seats and atleast hoping to hit a 150db. If I could do it with 2 15s that would be awesome. Looking to run salt 8 or an 8k that can run .5 ohm
Box looks really small for 4 12’s??
The more power the smaller the box and vice versa when chasing numbers
Is it possible to get the box build specs???
Calling bluff can handle more power all day long #underpowered
Lol love the door wave 👍
I got a crx i want to do 4 u12s in right now. Can i get the box specs/details so i can make one ? That box would fit perfect. Just what i need. Ty.
Hell ye good vid
What frequency is that box tuned to?
56 from 4/12s on the c-pillar with one 7500 is impressive
Prolly mid 30s
I have 2 12 inch u v1 d4 wired to 1 ohm on a taramps 3k in a charger trunk and I did a trunk wall did a 150.5 first time ever at a show and mad flex on the charger yesterday it popped the back glass everyone couldn’t believe it everyone watch sealing off the trunks boys there is pressure vents for a reason mine was closed off and boom popped the glass
But the other thing I wanted to say is it’s a daily driver I literally beat on it from the time I get in it all the way till I walk into a store or whatever and they never get smelly never get hot I am not even pushing them to there limit I don’t have the electric to go bigger but they will take 5k all day I am sure but I am so happy at how they sound first off and second off 680 window I ain’t trying to brake another one I did have to take the trunk wall out and just have them slide into the trunk but facing forward inverted and sounds the same really if anything I have more flex on the front window now idk seems like it travels better I have people calling me when I turn on my road and I live half mile off main road
Bass on my G👍👍👍
Great set up and video never seen those subs in action.
Calvin Howell Better off staying away from Sundown 2 12 Orion xtr’s will make that blazer/jimmy flex more than those 4 12’s
Compare those 2 orion xtr 12s to 2 sindown nsv4 12s then report back
Sundown**
What enclosure do you recommend for a Sundown U12 for sound quality?
liked the video just it because has actual good audio quality and its not just farting into the mic
Why is the amp bigger than the woofer box
Its a Sundown Audio scv-7500d amplifier. Its 33" long.
Needs a bigger box!
Which 1?
@@BiGGBLUNT1 hes hitting 156 from that one though!
@@TOMMY-WANT-WINGY nvm then.
And if im wrong could you do a video were its like his blazer compressed and one where it is moved back to make the 6" of "breathing room" for example but same truck same settings same volt level and of coarse show it and test it on the term.lab and see if it also affects ohm rise aka box rise thank you ahead of time my friends and one more thing why hasnt a quarter wave length box been made for any one sub test they are the best box it should make it louder over a broader ranger than a ported 4th 6th or 8th order box?
Looking to do a nice setup in my suv, debating between u series or x series probably 2 15s on 6-7K... any recommendations? or would SA15s be able to take that? Not really into too much competing spl wise, mostly daily and musical bass?? Any help is appreciated
Sa's are no joke. Check on sundown yardsale and do a 99 or 149 surprise me. Guys have been saying theyve been getting Sa's
Finally some good fucking music
Look at the port on the far right.... tell me what you see lmfao !!!!
never fails LOL! gotta keep that dust cleaned up!
Instead of Jack in the box it's dick in the box lmao
its a fish
Issa dunkey dick
Nice cock
Good shett man. Boss hogg... H Texas
I wonder if rattle gives you extra db
no it takes away from your pressure in the vehicle because that rattling is absorbing the pressure that could’ve gone to your ears
Nice bro ☝
Ive been told and really from my experience that ports that cant breathe dont hit as.hard so i always wonder why people block the ports because in reality if each port , lets say a 6" port it needs 6" or more of space.in front of it to breathe properly because the opening is moving the 6 inches of are all through the port until.the open.ing Then its compressed because of the tight space . So im wondering why being you guys obviously no your stuff why wasnt this addressed in his blazer
right.. they could have ported out the side, in that nice hunk of space....
What size enclosure you recommend on the U15 series for SPL? Thinking about making a new box.
3.5ft³ with about 48-52in² port area tuned a lil higher for spl... Say 40hz or so. 32-35 for music. I have a couple U s series 15's and I did a 145db with one in a simple ass setup on jus 2k
Dibeezy ThaGifted thank you! nice score
What’s the cubic feet?
He HTH wit money mann
Sweet .. I love my 4 u12s
Glad they're working well for you.
Honestly, that box is small but big ups on the setup
That enclosure is the perfect size for what its designed to do.
@@UnofficialAudio that's ok but you've so much room to improve by putting them up facing inwards and increasing the box space and then mount your amps on the sides. But hey, just my 2 cents opinion.
How much RMS that amp pushing?
@@thabopoo6285 I do car audio... Every vehicle is different. Subs up and port back in most SUVs. Those woofers only "Need" 1.75-2ft³ per. Seems legit to me
Smaller box will give him more cone control when he’s chasing numbers and decides to drop that amp to a lower ohm load and send more power to the subs.
@@DibeezyTheGifted what u think about 1.5 per sub
whats the length, width & height of the box an the length of the port
Mount the power input side down and the rca side up for best heat transfer.
Love my u series 18s
Great vid
How much for the whole set up cash Patna pete
I know i know its still gonna get rattled. But not nearly like putting it on the box
What's the names of the songs that were played.
Hola qué tal te escribo desde Panama tengo dos sundown U de 12 pero no sé qué caja le puedo fabricar que quede entonada a 35 hz
Are the U series were designed more on spl? Thnks🔊🔊
A year later but yea more of a spl sub does higher db then the x and z series
hows the sa v3s compare to these us...???
Is he using 3 6 inch aeros
How many (Ah) the batteries have?
You need a bigger box bro.nice equipment tho 👍🏾
I have a massive boa 121 huge magnet how big should the box be?
What are the box specs
Straight smackalakin!!!!
#teamnemesis
Are this compare to the Skar zvx or Skar vxf ???
Lol
Heat is ment to run up those lines putting them sideways like that acts like a wall stoping the heat from moving on
Are these a series up from the SA series????
Yes these are a step up from the SAs. Bigger 3" voice coil, more power handling, and a bigger stronger motor. Still gonna give you a similar sound but with better, louder, performance.
More box more bass!
Doesn't seem to be beating 156. Should be though with the amount of wattage and 4-15
New video with this system metering on the TermLab will be uploaded tomorrow afternoon. Keep an eye out for it. It hits scores louder than a 156.
Im doing that with two 15s
tony starks but they also the cheaper subs if u going for loud just go with the zv5 the u series is more for newish people in car audio
The Peace Keeper ... Who told you that? You are completely wrong buddy. The U series is not an entry level subwoofer, and besides the 12's are $379. That's not cheap or for the newish person. They have the same exact voice coil as the X series v2, and also the same motor as the X series v2 with one less motor slug. The E series was made more for the "newish" person. The SA series are even steps above entry level. Theres a guy in the Sundown Audio official group doing 150's with 1 U-12. Just one.
@@bricegregory6093 145.7 with one U-15 in 04 Maxima rear firing on 2.5k from the trunk. U series are legit
Something missing the sound is not right but it is a nice setup
Johnny black king it's the mic
"Box is too small" bet y'all ain't catching them numbers of boxes twice that size. I'm curious what the amp is clamping
Names of songs played please I don't not want to harass you for them 💪🏿 beating Sundownaudio#
Money man step on it
So clean like SMD
He has 7500 going to 6000 worth of subs?? Wow!!
Those subs could handle 2500 rms daily
you could use a bigger box, but what a setup. nice
Eric Jones nice equipment yes. Very very poor install
Mount amp vertical not horizonyal. And DO NOT mount to sub box
Eric Jones the reason i say this is cuz this guys talkin bout hitin 150db+/comp so install corectly
Eric Jones look like a 15year old installed it amp mounted to speakers amps turned the wrong way.yes the wrong way. Wires all over could do much better
Darryl Parks there is no way that’s doing a 156
How does the u sound to the x I want to get 2 12s can't decide between the both
x all day....!!
X is for lows only (20hz to 40hz) not good on high frequency at all, bust beast on 30hz
U is for higher freq (30hz to 60hz) better for music on the daily or spl
@@tankdog03ify thanks if thats the case i might go with the u series
The U's are great. I'm thinking about doing one each. I have a u12 and a sundown 2k. I need anouther 2k and an x12 v2.
What's the name of the first song
Brian Hinton money man - step on it
How much for this setup?
Lonnie Bradford 4 x 379 for subs, amp cost $2000, you could get an amp from ampere audio 7500.1 for 1699 / deaf bounce AAK 7500.1 $1599 they all prob the same amp if not, then def same build house.. you could also do 2 smaller amps like 2 wolfram 4500.1 (or Deaf bonce AAk 4000.1’s $769 per the batteries and wiring prob add another $600-800.. hope that helps
Setup anybody would love to have
On your head unit are you running it on the flat setting no loud bottom on etc let me know and peeps I run my head unit on flat no eq or loud bottoms on
Pause at 3:15 to see a bug
Play Rosa Parks ~ Outkast. Hardest fucking song I’ve ever played on my 4 12inch JL audio Subs
@I Hate You ALL u disabled
Those subs need waaay more juice.
Or is that 6 inches cant tell
Specs on enclosure?
Fackler91 I recommend around 2ft net volume per sub in a standard ported enclosure.
Sundown Audio unofficial what about a 6th build in cpillar. Thinking of doing one in my blazer. Currently running a team v1 rev2 in a no wall 6th on a scv6k at .5. Badass build btw!
not enough air space for four of those
Can you record with this music: Trap Bass Test --------- Subwoofer extreme tester [JBL charge extreme]
Nice ports lol
Shi clipping the hell out of the mic
What was the name of the first song?
YUNG Rilla the second some Is candy paint by post
YUNG Rilla money man - step on it
Up To Bat Entertainment Thanks bro..
YUNG Rilla ☑️
But why?
Better than smd set up
Go for sound quality not loudness. You’ll be much more satisfied in the long run
Why must ppl mount the amp to the sub box. Lets take the most fragile component and mount it to the subs. U see what it does to the doors and panels just picture what all the components on the amp board are doing
Cause its easy and works
Darryl Parks the box should have the least amount of flex out of everything else in the truck. It’s pretty safe to mount it to the box.
mounted a cheap rockville db 15 directly to the back of the box pushing an american bass xfl 12 been pushing the sub hard for about 2 months now and still works fine
@@Zack-dk3pt good 4 u. I dont care.
arent you just a salty individual. Glad to so you cared so little as to still leave a reply ssaying you dont care. Such a shit mentality.
Now go get a working non-paper enclosure (aka car). ;)
And your amps should be mounted up and down not side to side poor heat displacement
That's an scv-7500d. The amp is 33" long plus the connections. You're not mounting it vertical in a car. haha lol
@@UnofficialAudio is he correct tho?
@@DibeezyTheGifted no he is not correct

New vid on this truck getting uploaded in about 20min or so. Its well beyond 150db. lol
Would look nicer to this looks like you just threw sum shit there and called it a day
He did just throw it in there and called it a day. Several of us swap out and test different things on a regular basis. We do not take time to make it pretty since its just gonna get swapped again soon.
So where is the vid of this hittin over 156? You said youd upload a vid in 20min like 2 weeks ago. You wanna mouth off step up

Darryl Parks haha. It’s loud, why does it have to be clean?
Box is to damn small
@@julioc3445 according to his db score if say he's okay. Only needs 7-8ft³ for 4 U series 12's. He's using aero ports also... Saves a lot of space over slot ports.
