13:52 You could use two 1x3 jumper plates (34103) in light bluish grey next to each other. I'm pretty sure they would be covered by the triangle pieces.

It would have been easier to build if you did a complete layer of plates below the plates, instead of bricks at the edges and plates in the middle. 😉
