I can't wait for mine to ship. It's one of the features I had not seen before on other machines.
What exactly happened with the tumbler? You mentioned you didn't measure the highest point? I thought that's what the scanning does automatically?
It is an amazing machine, I know you will love it! I should have explained in my video better. I believe it was due to the fact of that I needed to measure the silver brim of the top of the cup further up. (Measuring any black surface can give the 3d camera view a false representation. Thinking back, I believe this is what happened in conjunction with the png files.) I’ve ran in to similar problems when using the ra2. I had to put some masking tape over the cup for the camera to differentiate between the material, base plate and ra2 attachment.
Can ypu please lwt me know what kind of class/ program in school you would take to learn all the stuff that you know?
UA-cam is your best bet. Watch videos on vector designing in Adobe Illustrator. Having a strong understanding on design in illustrator is super important. Also learn about fonts and typography fundamentals. Most people I’ve seen use lasers lack good type setting.

Thank you, Neil! Those lines couldn’t be deleted. This beta version of software has some discrepancies with png files particular. The final version will not have these problems I’m sure.
I dont have the ability to have a live view so I can place my artwork (close view) why is this?
Does any one know when they will start shipping?
Not sure, but now the website says June instead of May.
