Just a quick one, I think I remembered you saying in one of your previous videos as-and-when; How much is your portfolio is worth and how much is its net worth? And since how many years it took to build this? Perhaps a specific video on this would be better as how many days it took for you to reach 1M and then how many days for the second Mil and so on....Just curious, I hope this is a public question :D

Hi Jamie, thanks for the videos, I have a couple of questions that maybe you could cover in future videos. Do you bother getting surveys on your buy to let’s before purchase? Are you taking into account the 2025 epc rule change when refurbing the buy to lets? Do you rent to housing associations, if so do you have to take other things into consideration when refurbing? 1, We do get a RICS Survey when we can but if the vendor wants to move quick with a good discount we might not
2, Yes we are trying to hit the EPC now but not 100% always
3, Housing associations - Yes - but only certain ones.
