Terrible that his season was cut short, and (not for the first time) the home field dysfunctions came into play (Mac Williamson, anyone?). He also wasn't very good, but neither were they, but there's always 2025! I love the hustle and the determination, and there's definitely a skill set ready to make an impact to the tune of .270 with good defense. That's enough to help them if he stays healthy.

Only good thing abt next season is that he will play a full season
10 years ago or so we saw Arron Rowand go through the wall to make a great catch. Gets back up is fine. Lee makes a great catch then is out for the season. I hope he comes back more fit less injury prone and stronger this coming Season in 2025.
A player you cheer for but don't expect too much from. If the performance in the 2025 season isn't good, we should remember the case of Chan-ho Park with the Texas Rangers.

Hahahahha good joke buddy. At most he'll be an above average player, but not an all star. He's just decent defensively and mostly hits singles. If he steals a decent amt of bases he'll still be pretty valuable and an above avg player. Just not an all star.

I’m frustrated by the fact that he’s underperforming despite receiving so much money. Zaidi didn’t take responsibility for his contract, and as a result, we ended up losing Corbin Burnes.
Underperforming ? He got hurt going 100% into the wall for a catch.
And both the Giants and Blue Jays offered more money to Burnes , but the taxes are so dam low in Arizona he chose there. Plus he already has a house in AZ and his wife just had their twin babies there (he said his wife was a big factor)

I only see Jung Hoo Lee as being an above average player, but not a star player. He is average defensively and mostly hits singles. But if he can steal a lot of bases at least he'll still have good value. He could surprise us and hit 20 HRs if he improves his power though
I really hope that happens. Honestly, I would love for him to become a superstar, not just an average player, but it might be difficult. You seem to have the clearest analysis. His shoulder injury could lead to strain on his right hip due to compensatory action. For the 2025 season, I think it would be a success if he doesn’t push too hard and just shows the ability to play a full season (of course, good performance would be great too).

That exposed the low level of the KBO. If they perform well in international tournaments, I can expect them to do well, but don't expect them to play in MLB if they perform at such a low level.

I also hope he does well, but his extremely disappointing sabermetrics make it hard. Why are you so patient with him? Luis Matos, Casey Schmitt, David Villar, LaMonte Wade Jr., and others were told to leave after just a slight dip in performance, yet everyone turns into an angel of mercy when it comes to Lee Jung-hoo.
