    I lived there and took them to court over water and mold and they had me move out or it would be on my tenant tracker and credit. I still have pics and videos of mold and the way they repair things there. It was horrible!

    Oh hey, this looks like Deerfield Estates down by 91st and Riverside, in terms of how well maintained they are! This city really needs to build more public housing because leaving housing to the landlords is just giving us $1000+/mo rents on unmaintained 70 year old slums.

    I used to work for those apartments and look up lew McGinnis cause he owns them and the Avondale apartments and he is slum lord and he is also in bankruptcy on so many apartments
    Look him up 😅

      Bankruptcy, or foreclosure? They're two very different concepts... and bankruptcy isn't really applicable to real estate...at least not in the way you used the word.
