Solid advice. Don't do what I did and stress the bulk so hard that you give yourself IBS. Clean bulking with foods you can tolerate is definately the way. I'm curious about your philosophy regarding the ideal physique, is it the lean shirtless aesthetic type or the yoked 'looks good in a shirt' look?
