Yeah, that's why I don't associate with either the left or the right anymore. We need to bring back Ancient Roman/Spring and Autumn individual schools of thoughts that aren't tied to one side. Humans aren't vector addition(which is how the political compass calculated you).

Your title says it all. I’m not left or right politically, but it was VERY obnoxious seeing people so “anti-porn” and screaming to “protect the kids” jump to Tate’s defense. Sicko’s probably got the age of consent laws of every country memorized.
Just surprised (and relieved) he didn’t settle down in Japan! When I stumbled upon the age of consent in that country, I was horrified! STILL hoping there’s some loopholes or rules to go with it that I haven’t heard of yet.
Why would you be horrified? The age of consent in Japan is 16, same as most western countries. It was changed sometime last year, and even before that it was HEAVILY frowned upon and prefectures had their own age of consent standards, I assure you essentially no-one was having intercourse with 13 year olds in Japan.

To be fair… Ben really hasn’t been completely quiet about his dislike for Andrew Tate… it’s just this is the first outright call out and time given to it. But I don’t think there’s been a single time that he has said Andrew Tate was a good person

These sort of political talking heads they dont really trust their audience imo. Like Ben cant really spend an entire segment just bashing Tate. He needs to prepare his audience by saying the leftist/liberals/commies are anti family too. Im probably failing at articulating this but it feels he needs to lube up his audience by going after the left a bit before going after Tate, because Tate is seen as right wing. Its not just Ben of course Ive noticed it from literally every political internet person on both sides, before going after someone on their side they need to bash the other side.
papa gut when you make thumbnails, half your text is hidden by the video length - idk how to fix this, maybe wrap the text around in the bottom left or put it on the top or something.
God, you said what I've been too lazy to say. I've made a few videos on other channels when I cared, and it's easy to prevent that. All you have to do, when you're making the thumbnail for the video, is drag the text a bit further up or place it literally anywhere else except the right bottom corner. That's it. Papa Gut has said countless times that he essentially doesn't give a shit about anything that has to do with the quality of his videos, content or channel so I didn't care enough to mention this little thing.

Anyways, america is not equipt to have a lifestyle of housewives and having children when the economy forces couples to both go to work for the regular people and daycare is a second mortgage. Love your vids, Papa, but stop pooping on non monogamy. I think long term monogamy is unrealistic and stifling. Non monogamy works better for some ppl. Just cuz it didn't work for you doesn't mean it doesn't work 😊 And monogamous or polyamorous relationships fall apart for all sorts of reasons. One isn't more successful or better than the other, depends on what the people in the relationship need.

Thing is objectively when you add more variables to an equation it’s gonna get really hard to get a desired outcome you were looking for. That’s why most people dismiss poly as worse, since there’s a lot more reasons and opportunities for things to go wrong.
@@yowhagoochie I don't mean for this to sound rude, but have you experienced polyamory? I've experienced poly and monogamy, and I was much more secure and happy in a poly situation. Communication is more open and honest and boundaries talked about in a way where monogamy is not, it's just assumed not to cheat. Well, what is cheating? It's different for everyone. In poly, I never got jealous or felt insecure because we understood what we were each interested in exploring. We talked about our experience together afterward. I enjoyed it so much more than all of the monogamous relationships I've been in.
@@andreaarchaeology That's great, but I feel you haven't addressed what I said. Communication and its effectiveness aren't exclusive to either relationship structure, it can exist in both. And if you add more opportunities to get jealous, more things that you can be insecure about, then most people aren't going to be able to have a stable relationship this way. Which is the reason they dismiss it as worse for stable relationships. Your own experience with being in poly relationships doesn't change the reality everyone else lives in.
