Loved this! I live by your 10 minute cardio workouts. I do a 10 min cardio 5x a week and am hoping that's enough to count for my cardio. They all make me out of breath and sweaty, but this especially. Adding the weights was a great touch. Thank you so much, Maddie!

I don’t know if 10 min per day it’s enough or I have to ad more 🤔
I’m not a fitness expert, so I’m not sure. The trainer I work with most of the time (Amanda Ford from Movement Muse) said cardio should be 5x a week at 30 minutes a day. But she also said that a 10 minute high intensity workout is equivalent to a 30 min low impact workout. I’m in fairly good shape - I’m 48, 5’7” and about 145 lbs. It probably couldn’t hurt to bump up my cardio a bit more. Like, if I did this 10 min workout twice in a row 5x a week, I would probably be happy with that for my goals. But the main thing is consistency, and right now I’m consistent with the 10 min 5x a week. You’ve got me thinking though! A long answer to a short question. Hope it helped!

I agree. I encourage everyone to have some of these workouts saved for those times in the gym when you can't use the machines u want I love her arms and standing abs ones I use those regularly at the gym in between other stuff 😊

That was a good challenge although short. For those sort of workouts I prefer short because I will do them more regularly. Long ones put me off. Thank you. Love your stretching ones best. I do them daily.
