what kind of glue you use? and can I use other kind of paper?

Just plain white glue like Elmers in the squeeze bottle, or Alene's Tacky Glue would be good, too, and you can use tissue paper like the kind that's used for wrapping gifts, it's more widely available than crepe paper these days.
