i love these but please (this is also a note to everyone else who uses or wants to use epoxy, might be same for uv, resin): PLEASE make sure you're at the very least by an open window when you're using uv resin in its liquid form. it is toxic and the gases have no scent so there's no way for you to know how much you're exposing yourself, especially as you're using it at this scale (ie 1, 2 keychains for yourself vs 20-30 to sell ). Even safer brands like artresin encourage use of a respirator in a ventilated area
long term effects is that it decreases your tolerance for external toxins which makes living your life very difficult - there's some crafters on here that have talked about this at length. Honestly best bet is a respirator + plenty of ventilation *especially* if your work area is the same as where you live
Just be careful when brushing on the resin. It has to go on thick with minimal touching of brush to paint or the gouache will start reactivating and mixing.
I use fabric but I'm thinking of using acrylic now, also can i mix colours like water colour with acrylic color maybe to get kore color variants. Also is resin important? Can i use a normal varnish like spray, also can you recommend a good spray or liquid varnish. I'm new to this and i love making these for myself and friends so i wanna be economical
@@HitJuaI’ve been a clay artist for a long time now, and I think you can totally use spray-on-varnish! Though I would recommend multiple coats, because varnish is a ton thinner than resin, especially spray-on. Just test it out yourself to make sure you like the result first!!
Thanks for showing us your process❣️ I tried to make a charm with this type of clay but I wasn't clued up on how to attach the different elements of the piece. I'm excited to give it another go. Thanks again 🩵 Your charms turned out gorgeous 😍
I love you! You're so talented, i hope you never lose the passion to keep making these 'lil art pieces of yours. Keep thriving, you deserve every order and achievement you make! You're amazing. ❤
I just came across your channel and ended up binging your clay videos 😭. Something I absolutely loved apart from your talent and creativity is the way you've aligned the cuts in your video with the beats of the music..ugh its so satisfying to watch 🤌🏻
I came across your account randomly one day at work while my students were doing homework, and when I tell you it calmed me down so much. Thank you for these videos! They are so soothing to me and I love anything that involves making things in clay!!! This is also giving me so much inspiration to make my own things out of air dry clay! lots of love! x
I really appreciate the tips, and having tried some clay creations, really appreciate how skilled you are with the Clay crafts. Love watching you do all your different types of art. 🤗❤️👍🏽💯
thankyou so much for writing this comment😭💗 based on my experience, leftover clays are always sooo hard to knead (my hand hurts lmao) i usually add water little by little when kneading the clay, and shaping them if they are already soft enough (don’t shape them if they are not soft enough) hope this helps!🤏🏼
what the other comment says. just put it in a bucket of water let it soften and dry out naturally and it be back to normal. I have a video showing that too!
i let the clay to dry overnight and start the painting process next day, but it depends on your clay size- the bigger the longer it takes time to dry, hope this helps:)
These are so adorable I love all of your clay creations, I’ve never made anything with clay but you make me believe that I could :) these are so beautiful handmade things are the best they have so much love and effort put into them
Wow, these are all so wonderful it's hard to pick. I am drawn to the tin of sardines keychain for some reason, it's a pleasing pair. I loved your video though, I really enjoyed learning your process of generating ideas through the mood boards to the over all walk through of steps with techniques used to make the final products, they are so amazing! And thanks for sharing
I just discovered your channel and went have a quick look of all your uploads and I'm so in love with all of them! I found a real gem, this is like the perfect one for me! Love all of your works ❤️
I love the sardines keychain, it's so unique!! I'm amazed as to how smooth your sculpting process is (I didn't saw you use sandpaper to even out the clays) 😍💗
my favourite ones were the bear burger, the can of sardines and the strawberry kitty, i'd definitely use them as keychains 😭 i love these videos of yours, it always makes me feel so relaxed and i really admire the effort you put into your works ❤️
AHH I LOVE THESE!!!!!!! im trying to make my own clay keychains to gift my friends. this video really helped. TYSM and i hope u could continue making clay art vids (only if u want to!!)! 💓
I love this video ! Thank you for sharing your amazing talent and creativity with all of us. I do have a question. How do you attach items together like the leaves and pieces?

Jesus, just read the label on the epoxy resin bottle it’s not that difficult to do.

@@artpracticediarieswould it be ok in areas such as outside?
@Andreaa.Jade_15 yes absolutely!
I never thought of using gouache paint for clay, but it’s actually a brilliant idea, acrylic peels off. Looks like gouache might be a better option!
Just be careful when brushing on the resin. It has to go on thick with minimal touching of brush to paint or the gouache will start reactivating and mixing.
There are some paint brands made especially for air dry clay. Mine is called FUNBO (which is an airdry clay brand aswell)
Poster is great but will wash of if it comes in contact with water
