@@bagzimus13 There is just literally no reason to point it out, other than being a negative person who chooses to find something bad about people saving people?? Like what? Lol. There are videos of similar instances where mostly women help out. It literally depends on who is standing nearby and willing to help. Sometimes all men nearby are too scared and there is nothing wrong with that. In crazy moments like those, some people freeze up, and it doesn't matter who does and who doesn't. I'm sorry that you are in a mental state right now where you feel the need to be upset about a nice video like this and feel like women don't help with anything, but I hope you notice all the brave women out there soon. All people are in different ways. For example, when my father and I found my brother dead 4 years ago when I was 18. My dad broke down and could not do a thing. Meanwhile, I dialed 911, yanked the sheets off of him, figured out if I could still perform CPR, and ran downstairs to direct emergency services to our house. I perform extremely well under stressful/emergency circumstances, and I have had to multiple times in different ways unfortunately. So yeah I do take offense to this unfortunately, seeing as I am female and am the most reliable person I know, emergency or not, and I work very hard to be that kind of person. I know there is a very small chance that you read my comment this far, but if you did, I'm sorry for getting so dramatic. The 4th anniversary of my brother's death was 1 week ago today so I'm on edge and have been holding it in for the sake of those around me. Please be a little mindful moving forward that "women" referes to every single woman on this planet, and that generalizing all of them to lack bravery is beyond incorrect.
Who ever the fk set up that ride ought to be shot, carnies like to hire young inexperienced people from the area to help set these rides up and if they don’t have a clue what they’re doing the customers are screwed!!
An ocean is a set of water drops. The person that jumped first to the fence trying to stop the backwards tilting of the structure might not avoid desaster. Because their is no money in the people being at peace with each other. The population must be kept divided and at each other’s throats. If we’re not, we’ll figure out who is playing us and go after them instead.
It only takes one guys hero move to get everyone else on board to save the night. He couldn’t do it alone but he was the first and they all deserve a huge high-five and thankyou.
There is some form of psychological/sociological idea about group responsibility vs independent responsibility. Basically if you witness a tragedy and you’re the sole witness, you’re more likely to get involved straight away to help. If you’re in a group, it typically takes you longer as you don’t feel solely responsible for helping. Almost like you’re looking to the person next to you to see how they react and if everyone’s frozen, you freeze. Once someone jumps in, you then almost feel like they’ve given you some form of permission for you to help. Weird and lengthy fact, but I knew my a-level would come in handy one day 🤣🤣🤣✌️
@@yahwehissalvation1, none of them would’ve been “heroes” if it weren’t for the guy who jumped on first. He initiated it and everyone else followed. Otherwise, none of those people on that ride would’ve been saved. 🤷🏼♀️
Not that I disagree with you opinion but it's more complicated then that. Some of these people could just do it for to be perceived/praised as a "hero" instead of doing it purely to help others. I'm not saying that this represents all people and I still think that the people who did do it for selfish/egotistical reasons should be appreciated, especially since they could have been seriously injured in this case. Also the people recording instead of physically helping isn't a bad thing, especially if they just don't feel they are suited for the task and think that filming would be more beneficial task for the to fulfill. In the case that someone were to file a lawsuit, this footage could possibly be used as evidence against the carnival for failure to properly maintain the ride and lack of safety protocol (I'm not a lawyer though, so take this with a grain of salt).
Unfortunately, we see so much on social media and spend probably way too much time watching and clicking while the real world goes on... We see the good and the bad. The pandemic has definitely changed a lot of people, but one thing I do know is that there is always those few people that are willing to risk theirs for others. Thank goodness the man was quick acting and the others followed suit.🙏🏼❤
Interesting thing though is you know all of the women would have done the same thing to save the riders if the men weren’t there. Both women AND men in that instance by instinct thought it was the man’s job. No discussion, just by behavior.
Everyone needs to be congratulating the first guy to go up and make an attempt. I feel like if he didn't no one else would have. It looked like his timing was impeccable as well. Two more passes that whole ride would have flipped backwards.

@@bagzimus13 weird, I thought men were people too 🤷♀️ guess I was wrong

The guy in gray at the end made me laugh though. Jumps on after it has almost stopped.
