He is giving all the good recommendations but you need to estimate yourself what you need. For example if you have low T then then you go for fish oil, vitamin D3 and gokshura. The rest of them won't do much good but might affect kidney if you don't take enough water. Thanks 😊

Hello sir, thanks for the info. Doctor's say that never take vit d without supplementing it along with vit k2 especially mk7, of course not at the same time. Since vit d increases calcium absorption and it may lead to calcification in arteries, if not supplemented with vit k . could you kindly talk about that.

I dont knw if i missed it. may be he has given many options, you dont need to take them all because many of those supplements cover same thing . to make it complete i would just ask you to take below 3 . 1) Becadexamine (1 daily is enough, body cant absorb more than that 2) Antoxid 3) Seacod. nothing other than this . this will cover 100 percent (actually more than that ; these are recommendations for an athlete, if you don't workout nothing else than Becadexamine is necessary ) . there is no harm in increasing dosage on these things, but you are just making a costly urine. it ll just pass out with water.

I dont knw if i missed it. may be he has given many options, you dont need to take them all because many of those supplements cover same thing . to make it complete i would just ask you to take below 3 . 1) Becadexamine (1 daily is enough, body cant absorb more than that 2) Antoxid 3) Seacod. nothing other than this . this will cover 100 percent (actually more than that ; these are recommendations for an athlete, if you don't workout nothing else than Becadexamine is necessary ) . there is no harm in increasing dosage on these things, but you are just making a costly urine. it ll just pass out with water.
