      Satyanarayan Maurya dude that's because if u r a serious gymer then it's probably that ur on a strict diet and a multivitamin has very small amounts of all the vitamins so it is likely that you will not get the required daily recommended dosage out of it

    I took everything he said for 6 months and my hair started becoming worst, i started losing bone mass, my skin became worst, and this is not the worst part, blurred vision all the time, dizziness all the time, fatigue all the time, altered consciousness, unable to feel my surroundings at all, i am also an iit student and my 4 semesters i couldn’t even study i wasn’t able to see anything clearly , worst brain fog and it’s still not the worst part after 2 years of stopping the supplementation , i still have blurred vision, and every other symptoms, i have seen all doctors nothing is helping, please discuss with medical doctor before taking all this, my life has already been ruined, that’s why i’m writing all this for others

    He is giving all the good recommendations but you need to estimate yourself what you need.
    For example if you have low T then then you go for fish oil, vitamin D3 and gokshura. The rest of them won't do much good but might affect kidney if you don't take enough water.

    The first and most important supplements to take are (1) a good multi vitamin and mineral formula (2) a good omega supplement (3) a good Duel fiber product after you have these in place with a very good diet then you can add a whey protein , joint formula, vit d ,zma, glutimine, bcaa, creatine, ect ect, thanks for the channel and take care.

    hey gaurav thanx for sharing such great info.I am very thankful to you. I have seen changes i mean good changes in my body after following these supplements for about 2&1/2 months .but the issue is after i left consuming these ,i suffer from hairfall ,acne & somewhere tired for wholeday. when i studied about i came to learnt that its the hormonal imbalance that im going through , so my point of concern is is this is due to supplement ???

    Gaurav Bhai one more question about supplements, calcium tablet lena chahiye ya nahi? Aur lena chahiye to kab lena chahiye aur kaun sa lena chahiye I mean calcium carbonate or calcium citrate? Kitne mg ka tablet lena chahiye?

    Hello sir, thanks for the info. Doctor's say that never take vit d without supplementing it along with vit k2 especially mk7, of course not at the same time. Since vit d increases calcium absorption and it may lead to calcification in arteries, if not supplemented with vit k . could you kindly talk about that.

    Vitamin D3 advisable daily requirement is in between 400-600 IU.
    5000IU is taken by people with Vitamin D deficiency.
    Does the vitamin D requirement shoots up so much while gymming?

      shivam gupta You are right.. it's advisable to take Vitamin D3 dosages as per doctor's suggestion.. I liked this video but I'm not too sure if he's correct about Vit D3.. Such high dosages are not recommended even if you are deficient...

      In other videos he recommends Gokshura by Himalaya. It has some side affects that people should know of as described in the link. He is smarter than other fitness guys but he is not very thorough and well researched as he should be.

      4. COFFEE POUCH OF RS. 2 ONLY BEFORE WORKOUT ( NESCAFE ).
      5. FISH OIL ( SEVENSEAS ). RS. 200 AROUND. Before bed.
      6. Glucose with water. During workout. Rs. 35.
      7. Three banana before workout.
      8. 3 egg white after workout.
      It would be a cheap and quality supplement and food.

    I dont knw if i missed it. may be he has given many options, you dont need to take them all because many of those supplements cover same thing . to make it complete i would just ask you to take below 3 . 1) Becadexamine (1 daily is enough, body cant absorb more than that 2) Antoxid 3) Seacod. nothing other than this . this will cover 100 percent (actually more than that ; these are recommendations for an athlete, if you don't workout nothing else than Becadexamine is necessary ) . there is no harm in increasing dosage on these things, but you are just making a costly urine. it ll just pass out with water.

    Can we use all of these together including aswaganda, gokshura, shiljit, satavari, fish oil, l carnitine, l glutamine, l arginine, multivitamins ???? In one day at morning pre and post workout accordingly ??? Coz these are around 20 tablets a day
    Is it okay ? Safe?
    And yes I have been a regular alcoholic from long time its been one month that I iam not drinking
    But I run 3 -5 kms daily from long time.....its been a month that I started gymming after a year...??
    So are all these safe to use...specially for my liver..
    Including amlicure, limcee and gemical.?

    Hi Sir..in bedexamin vitamin a is 5000 iu in one capsule...and our daily intake of vitamin A is not more than 10000 iu but u suggest to take 4 caps per day...Isn’t be harmful..waiting for your reply

      Milk thistle if you going with heavy supplements especially steroids. Liv 52 is good for normal cases. This is my exp rest you know well.
