WOW!!! Bacon Wrapped, Jalapeño Popper Dog!!!

Cut your hotdogs 3/4 of the way through and butterfly them. Thinner hotdogs are better for this. I used Hebrew National. Fill the hotdogs with cream cheese and season with your favorite rub. (Iforgot to do that). Get the largest jalapeño peppers you can find and core them, removing all of the seeds and veins. Stick the hotdogs into the jalapeños. If the jalapeños are too small, just split them and wrap them around the dog. Then wrap in bacon, it may take two slices. Grill at 350-375 F indirect for 45 minutes or until the bacon is how you want it. Put the dog in a bun with some jalapeño jelly and eat!!! WOW!!
