Certain brands(size). What I noticed is if it expands, the bag will get caught up on the sides and stop rotating.

LMAO having that "one guy" mess it up. Usually you have more than one person messing it up. In any office setting its always messed up no one cleans up after themself. if your the next person right after the slob, you dont feel inclined to clean up before you use. maybe just to reduce the mess enough to heat your own food up.
