They don’t sell turntable or ring replacements other brands do. Other brands know their products last and love to save you money. By a replacement plate instead of trashing a working microwave and buy a brand new one. Just to replace the turntable.

I was recommended to buy a new appliance. I’m over it, I just want other ppl to save money if they can.
I'll never buy a microwave that I can NOT turn off the beeper. This microwave beeper SUCKS because of the beeper. I would rather listen to my mother-in-law talk...really that baaaaad!
You will need a community college course in order to use this P.O.S., nothing about it is easy. You must go around it's programing to do what you want and even then it won't always allow it. Push a button click, turn again click, back the other way click, just to start, really? One tutorial on youtube the guy demonstrating could not make it do many of the functions and just blew through it to the next thing like nobody would notice. Thank god I didn't through out my simple to use, dependable, 15 year old, GE microwave, I just love it. The new blk & dkr (a gift) is in the garbage can, tomorrow is trash day, yeah.
