Just finished a stretch velvet top and have a good sized remnant left. I’ll be making one,or more, of these headbands right away as I am gong to have a biopsy on my scalp next week. No worries though but want to look nice as I go out and about. Thank you.
I will be doing a video about using hat blocks later this year. That hat was shaped on a set of hat blocks rather than sewn or cut from fabric. Cheers, Tori
See the full list of supplies in the video description! Make sure you leave us a comment if you have questions or just leave us a nice comment to tell us how many of these headbands you are going to make for holiday gifts, birthday gifts and more! Start your sewing machines with this one folks!! Thanks so much for watching, Tori. PS leave us a like too!!
Thanks for the video. My first attempt was using fleece before I purchased the steamed velour. Made them for our Church craft sale. They worked but wanted to just clarify that the stretch is along the long part not the short part.
Hi, love watching your videos. So happy you're a fellow Canadian! Your hats look so easy to make. Just discovered your channel. Can't wait to make some hats for Xmas presents. My husband loves Red Green. Just wondering if you have a pattern for his hat or if you could design one? I think it's a modified bucket hat but not too sure. I'd love to make one for his birthday at the end of November. Any suggestions? Thanks for everything 😁
Hi Rita ... lovely comment to start the day!!! Red Green! That is a bucket hat with the back turned up, looks like waxed canvas as well. I will have some golfing hats for men next spring ... have a similiar version but not as much stitching in the brim or top but you can always add those kinds of details. All the best, Tori
So love this fabric!
This velvet is so lovely to work with, really easy to sew actually. Cheers, Tori
So gorgeous!
Thank you for your comment!!! Tori

Thanks Barbara! I am planning a full head turban in the spring so stay tuned! The band will be lovely however! Cheers, Tori
Great to see a new video from you!
@@BrindaOK Thank you! Great to be back! ☺️☺️☺️
Great video. Can you create a dupe of Melania's inauguration hat?
