Fantastic video!!! I was hoping to make a casserole using saffron brown rice ,. Top with seasoned dry onions and blackened cooked fresh onions,.and marinated Garlic 🐙. Lol. But I'm a fan of any kind of gamey
meat product especially lamb. So I was thinking about using seared lamb shank. Again I really loved the casserole you showed!!!!!. I'll have to try it sometime. ,❤️👍
