The best tip for combating undereye issues, is a color corrector. This color should be opposite on the color wheel from the discoloration you are trying to correct.

Hollows👇🏼
1. Color correct the shadows on the tear trough and then use a concealer shade 1-2 shades lighter on the outside of the trough to brighten & add fullness
Eye Bags👇🏼
1. Color correct the shadow of the bag
2. Apply your foundation shade or 1 shade darker than your foundation on the bag.
3. Use a concealer shade 1-2 shades brighter than foundation under the bag. Blend
Dark undereyes👇🏼
1. Place color corrector on the discoloration only.
2. Place a concealer 1-2 shades broghter than your foundation on inner & outer corner. Blend
