Biggie's lyrics had flow, had bite, and appetite to deliver whatever it was you had coming. But Pac's craft had poetry that touched every aspect of life, had passion, was potent, had depth, and when called upon had incredible levels of venom. the delivery was from the pit of his stomach and it transcended social, political, and spiritual issues. Hip hop always did that but nobody did it as powerful as Pac.
