Fun fact about the tyranids: they’re pretty much the opposite of a chaos threat! They have a passive effect called the Shadow in the Warp which basically cuts off the connection to the warp (the dimension chaos comes from) in the regions of space nearest to them. Not to mention the fact that the realm of Ultramar has a lot less Death Wolrds than other systems belonging to the Primarchs, like the Red Scar and the Fenrisian System. Even then, Ultramar didn't fare that much better than the Red Scar against the Tyranids, despite having a more prosperou region and more descendants to fight, among other things. Also glad you’re enjoying the lore side too , I’ve watched too many lore videos to count but still can’t get enough the grimdark is just so interesting
the golden age happened before the age of strife, which was when the emperor revealed himself. not created by the emperor. he was trying to recreate the golden age, but got hurt in the horus heresy and the imperium was turned into a religious cult of the emperor - one of the things he hated and drove one legion to revolt and convince horus and others to follow chaos.

One of the most badass campaigns I’ve played. The final missions were some of the best sequences I’ve seen. The Iron Hands will still be my space marine faction, but I felt myself understanding why there are so many Ultramarines. FOR ULTRAMAR
Darktide is a lot of fun. And it's actually getting... Basically an entire rework around the end of the month. So I'd at least wait till then to try that if you do
Tyranids aren’t forces of Chaos; chaos is their own faction under the Chaos Gods, of which I can’t go much into without campaign spoilers, don’t wanna ruin their storytelling since this is your intro to 40k.

There’s just something about fighting for ppl that barely gaf about you that intrigues me sm idk it feels like the real life marines.
Remember courage and honor brothers
You and the boys would love Darktide, I think. Plus it's a great game to watch as a viewer, so win-win!
Boltgun - is basically old Doom, so it's pretty good
Darktide - is L4D but better
Battlesector - average at best, also tactical game maybe less interesting for you
I would recommend Space Hulk: Deathwing - it's about as pretty as this, but provides very different Space Marine experience.
" jetpack is good in small doses....
Kinda like fent"
- Sir Dimetriotitus III, 2024
darktide is pretty good now, and i think it has some good dialogue between characters.
It Might be a Bit late to the party but the game Rogue Trader is a Phenomenal Introduction to the world of 40k in a CRPG. Bolt gun is a fun play through in general and makes you feel super powerful. darktide is great with friends, The truth is many of their games are mech but we have been getting bangers recently
Boltgun may be a good option to go with next. It takes place between the 1st and 2nd Space Marine games.
For your type of style I’d definitely go for darktide you’ll enjoy it for a good while, music fookin slaps man, good combat, unique style and aesthetic and a lot of customisation,4 main classes too with their own unique perk trees and weapons.

I started playing cause of your tweet/thumbnail yesterday, loving it! LONG LIVE THE EMPIRE!
hell yeaaaa
“The most recent chaos threat… Tyranids” had to do a double take make sure I heard that. Certainly a fresh body to the Warhammer verse, but a welcome one to be sure!
SirD and 40k, the crossover I never knew I needed.
Tyranids are Xenos, not chaos
This video was actually really well done. Lots of good laughs. Deserved the like in the first 2 minutes.

@@SirDimetrious Np king. Favorite Space Marine Chapter? Also Luetin09 is your guy for 40k lore if you haven't already seen some of his stuff.
Honestly this game is great. I have only heard glimpses of the 40k lore and what the story is and this game was probably one of the better intro games into someone that is brand new to it. Super fun gameplay too
Really enjoyed this game. Surprisingly enjoyed the Gadriel and Titus arc.
One of the most badass campaigns I’ve played. The final missions were some of the best sequences I’ve seen. The Iron Hands will still be my space marine faction, but I felt myself understanding why there are so many Ultramarines. FOR ULTRAMAR
Darktide is great, its easy to get in to, its as difficult as you want it to be, its chaotic, its madness, its frustrating, and i love it.
7:18 this Gadriel edit went DUMMY HARD lmao
Anybody know the song at 10:25?
If you like this game you would probably like 40k Darktide. You should definitely give it a try.
It doesn't matter the game, you simply make the best game content on youtube. I'm creasing loloooololololol
Thank you king
“..hopefully cooking” this guy is a menace lol
Glory to his angels Chadmitrian Titus, Chadriel and Chadron
You got uncle Shannon in there🤣🤣🤣 9:03
I'm a huge Darktide fan. Wait till the next big update on the 26th, then give it a go. See what it's like fighting Chaos as the little guy
Darktide is a lot of fun. And it's actually getting... Basically an entire rework around the end of the month. So I'd at least wait till then to try that if you do
Christ bless you, I just finished the campaign so this cane at an amazing time
2:50 - wtf is that face though 😂😂😂
Welcome to the Imperium brother.
boltgun is actually sick, you should try it if u want to
"I'm starting to get kindda bored of this"
WHAT IS THIS HERESY!?
1000 Harry potters get sacrificed for the emperor every day
Tyranids aren’t forces of Chaos; chaos is their own faction under the Chaos Gods, of which I can’t go much into without campaign spoilers, don’t wanna ruin their storytelling since this is your intro to 40k.
Oops....
@@SirDimetriousI don’t mean to come off too serious hahah. Also, 40k Boltgun takes place between the first and second Space Marine games. It takes place on the same planet as the first Space Marine again. Highly suggest!
i was waiting for this moment ty
Darktide is a horde shooter very fun and Boltgun is the story of a very feral beaky wearing man
It wouldn't be a good fit for this channel, but if you like tactical RPGs and want to see a broader picture of the 40K universe, I _highly_ recommend playing Rogue Trader in your downtime. I just started my second playthrough in preparation for the new story DLC dropping later this month. Mechanicus is also great if you want to learn about the BEST faction in 40K, the Adeptus Mechanicus (tech priests from Mars who worship the Omnissiah). Hell, the soundtrack is worth it alone.
You gotta play the first space marine SirD. It'll be a little more barebones since its older but its still top tier
Finally a game made for SirD
If you want to play w the bois in another WH40k game, Darktide is a dope one to satisfy your bloodlust to quell stinky heretics in.
Darktide might be your best bet for next video
