@@laurarauhauser2350 I know, right? No one will give you back those days and months and years. Someone could say - but what about some regular job that was awful, and you had had bad experience? It needs to be something like A) you can earn a headhunting bonus if you recommend someone to be hired but it’s a one-time bonus only (which already exists in a lot of companies) and 2) you can’t earn commission on someone else’s sales, unless both parties agree and fill out a specific tax form ahead of time, and it’s a separate form each time you do it (to allow for the occasional team sale in a legit company like a car dealership)
She proposes 50 reasons for why her audience quit, yet somehow doesn’t include the one that is most obvious: “I wasn’t making any money / enough money to justify the hours I worked”? Seriously. She’s essentially promoting the sunk cost fallacy as the right thing to follow. Yep - she’s desperate.

The point of a criminal trial is to prove "beyond a reasonable doubt". If your evidence is called into question and the best you can do is use emotional manipulation techniques that MLM huns learn how to use, is your case 100% for certain and are you REALLY that good a lawyer?

"Because selling shampoo online is embarrassing" LOL I laughed my butt off when you said that. I would not want to answer, "So, what do you do?" with, "Well, I make the world better by selling shampoo."
Leaving an MLM is the exact opposite of giving up on yourself or being a coward . To make the decision to love and honour yourself enough to believe that you should be paid for your time no matter where you are in the business or on the ladder is NOT giving up on yourself . There are many people higher up than me in my work place , because of their education and experience and yes they are paid more than me . But I still get paid ! I don’t have to work relentlessly for free until I’m at a certain point in my field to be paid . That mlm logic is insane .
I never understood why they say when they signed up they thought the products were dumb, the company was dumb, that MLMs were dumb… then why in the world did you sign up?! 😂
i was going to say something similar. No matter what the person says, they are not going to determine this is not for them. A legit team leader would want to evaluate whether the person's skills and interests would help his team. This lady is ready to tell anyone "I think you would do very well with this." I'm a pretty self assured person, but when I have been in a job search I have fallen prey to such assurances thinking, "maybe I've really found something here." At least my opportunity was either not an MLM or was a hunbot doing a real evaluation. I took a test that determined I would not be a fit for what turned out to be a financial sales job. The hun in this video was prepared for no such evaluation. Her only determination for the people she decided to focus on for VIP was that they would not work hard enough for her team. How rude! I'm not going to be good at sales. It's not because I'm not a hard worker but because I don't like trying to convince people to buy things.
She imagines this scenario where people are watching her do well, and wondering how to be like her. Then she fills in all the blanks with her own pretend conversation. Then, she projects that they have insecurities, and that’s the main reason they couldn’t be successful like her, whilst she spends the entire video putting them down. Oh my god. The psychology is fascinating!
Your supposed to go back at least 12 times. The likelihood of getting a yes increases. I was a licensed AFLAC insurance agent. I hated it. Cuz when someone said no I took it as a no. I never went back. Funny thing, I was awarded to sales agent my first quarter. I stayed for exactly two years to the day. Just to make sure I don’t have another one year job on my resume 😂. My last month I made $7000 the last day of work. 😅 I couldn’t wait to skedaddle!😂
It will never not blow my freaking MIND that they get away with pulling this manipulative bullsh×t to recruit someone, and then weeks- sometimes *days* later- turning around and telling these same recruits HOW TO MANIPULATE potential new recruits by telling them a step by step on how they themselves were manipulated! 🤯
Yeah, but "it's not about manipulating people" 😂😂😂 It's line the pyramid scheme version of "I'm not racist, but..." - "it's not about manipulating people, but here's how to manipulate people!"
I am a former Monat market partner. I quit last month, and I have NEVER felt more peaceful and passionate in my life. The mindset behind the first clip is a big part of why I left. I also left because Monat is in the process of selling. Due to their consistently declining financial condition, they have made many decisions regarding the compensation plan and the products themselves that I could not get behind and promote. Monat is one of the WORST MLMs you could be a part of. The cult mindset is so sneaky, it latches onto your brain. I truly feel like I am in the stages of grief, it’s like breaking up with a toxic ex. The reps are being put in a terrible desperate position, and they’re working it HARD. Please don’t jump onto this sinking ship. You can’t see a ship is sinking when you’re on the inside of it. You don’t know until you see the water rising around your shoes. I can’t tell you how heartbroken I am watching true friends that I made through Monat going down with the ship. Loyalty is not always the best way.
Good for you. And I was part of one myself many years ago (pre social media so we literally stalked people in parking lots and were told to just barge into businesses) so I know the tactics they use and you're right, it is like an abusive ex. Not the violent kind, the manipulative kind that tells you how they're the best thing to happen to you and if you leave, there's something wrong with you because why can't you just see how awesome they are. How they'll be whooping it up and making tons while you're in some sad little job. There's nothing wrong with you. You're great. Even better now than you were with them for sure. Because even some "sad little job" will get you closer to having a comfortable life than you'd ever have with them. That nasty ex. The one who always had to know where you were and what you were doing and why you needed time by yourself. If you weren't doing something that involved them then you were doing something wrong because they were what made you awesome, right? Wrong. You are fine- they are the problem. And now you get to move on and leave them stewing in their own toxicity.
I joined monat in 2020, I was sold on the dream of retiring my husband and getting a "paid for" car, but I was never able to recruit anyone. I'll admit, I'm not an extremely determined person, but I'm also not a pushy person who is gonna message everyone in my social media to try to pitch the product. I still tried to post what I liked about it all and only sold to those who came to me about it. When talking to other ladies higher up in the business, I shared that I had been struggling to recruit people, I didn't realize it then, but I was faced with the same "are you tuning into all the training calls? Are you doing x,y, and z?" And basically making feel as if I'm not successful because I'm not putting in the work. I figured since I have 3 kids at home, I don't really have time to put more in that I already was and accepted the fact that I wasn't gonna make it big in the business. In a way, I'm thankful my low-motivated personality kept me from exhausting myself in a business that wouldn't take me anywhere anyway.
How can you infer that people are lazy while simultaneously complaining that people have three jobs and aren’t doing Monat full-time? I hate that she says that quitting Monat is the same as quitting on yourself. Victimising people then saying they aren’t a victim. Maybe if people think you’re rude, you are? Argh, so condescending and manipulative. No wonder people left!
I had a childhood friend who's parents were at the top of a MLM. I remember them always hosting conferences at their home telling desperate people they could have what they had through "hard work" and earning extra money on the weekends helping my friend stuff envelopes with pamphlets that stated vague "business" opportunities" while not even mentioning the product that was actually sold. This was in the 90's and since then I have never witnessed one person ever turned in profit from a MLM little less a livable income. .As for that family, the MLM eventually went under and they had to file for bankruptcy and their home went into foreclosure.
Chelsea's a spicy queen, whereas Hannah's a sweet Disney princess. They're both entertaining and both have a place in this world. They are not the same, though.
If you watched Chelsea's video responding to an mlm leader calling her out directly, she is now QUEEN OF THE COUCH PEOPLE. I am totally a couch person.
I also like the way they run from corporate jobs like from the plague, yet they get all excited to post reels and stories of them going into "business meetings" when they're on that "free" trip. Like, Sharon, corporate jobs have you in meetings at least once or twice a week, and every time you're thinking to yourself "this could have been an email".
Pot, meet kettle. She tells her audience to stop expecting and assuming? That’s all she’s done for 10 straight minutes: making assumptions about the people who left
I'm about half way through and the way the first person says 'if you cant deal with the low you don't deserve the good' is disgusting. The implication that because people aren't always able to grin and bear it that they deserve to suffer, is absolutely awful. Absolutely horrid.
Oh you mean you can't deal with starving and living in your car for 2 years while you build your team? What a loser! Then you definitely don't deserve to make even poverty wages! We're not a charity, you know!
'How to manipulate and still feel like a good person' is all i get from this. They go back and forth between a effortless side hustle and you have to commit 24/7 to it even on vacation
The girl's tactics in that second clip are SO insidious. A lot of the personalities and tactics we see from MLM reps are very off-putting and easy to see through, but if I was in a vulnerable place (and didn't know what I know about MLMs) and got approached by that second girl I would for sure trust that she only had my best interests at heart and wanted to be my friend. Gross.
When you think about it, it is absolutely brilliant that these MLM companies cultivate such a strong relationship with self-help content. “Hey, come and become the person you’ve always wanted to be, have the family you’ve always wanted, AND earn riches beyond your wildest dreams” is pretty enticing, honestly. This is why anti-MLM content is so critical. People need to be reminded that something that seems too good to be true, probably is.
Gotta love the subliminal shaming right out of the gate. “This is for everyone who gave up on themselves.” B!tch I walked away from “network marketing” and now co-own a successful business with my husband. Nice try.
@@HannahAlonzo I’m gonna start working on my own channel after the holidays. As a former MLMer who is now staunchly anti-MLM and an actual business owner AND a survivor of religious cult abuse, I have sh!t to say.
That “gave up on themselves” language had me fuming. I’ve never been in an MLM but I’m amazed at how deeply manipulative the language tends to be. I know that we’re all used to seeing this from MLMs but still. Yikes
_"List ten reasons you gave up."_ I don't need ten reasons, I don't even need _one_ real reason, it's my life and my choices and I can leave if I want to even if I can't give a solid reason for why. Maybe it's just a feeling that I'll put a name to later, but if my instincts are telling me go, I don't need anything else. You're not my boss after all, right, I'm my "own boss" so I should be able to leave whenever I like. It's like someone you're on a date with asking for ten reasons why you won't go on another one with them, like no I don't owe you that, if I feel somethings off even without a name for it I'm listening to that.
_"I have nothing against 9-5 jobs."_ Literally next breath implies 9-5 limits your potential and people in them must believe they aren't "meant for more", nice.
I love how she framed her “giving up” speech like it was applicable to all kinds of things unrelated to mlms…then proceeded to just specifically talk about people that quit mlms instead lol
I really love how if you quit an MLM it’s because you thought something wrong, did something wrong, or are just an overall lazy and unsuccessful person. I can’t think of any other industry where there is no legitimate reason for leaving it.
Yes exactly! Like if you left, it must be because of your own wrong-doings. The blame is never placed on the company, the upline, or the business model.
16:37 I finally figured out why these people annoy me *so much* and it's because she said the magic words: personal development. They frame these MLMs as if they're such wonderful opportunities for personal development but a 9-5 job will stifle you. The only "personal development" you get from being in an MLM is having your mind warped by these manipulative ass tactics; you learn no true soft skills, bad business skills (lie, cheat, manipulate), and nothing of value in the real workforce.
The first girl asked her viewers to write down 10 reasons why they left the mlm.. 🤣 Like, isn't that going to do the opposite of what she wants those women to focus on?? It's like writing down reasons why you left your abusive partner so that you can read through them whenever you feel like you're going to lapse..
i cant stop binge-watching your videos and i think they just get more and more insane the more i watch 😂 i just can't believe people still do this. i remember when i was little my next door neighbour was a rep for a skin care mlm and she was constantly going to our house and my mom (that was a struggling mom with two kids and a very low minimum wage job) felt so bad that she sometimes bought things because she felt that our neighbour would be in trouble if not. to this day we both never used any of those products and they sit in a box in our basement 😅
My manager has advocated for me *the most* when I didn’t believe in my own skillset. She gave me more responsibility and coached me and put me in leadership roles bc she knew I was ready before I was. THAT’S what an actual manager does. Not gaslight you to fail 😒
My bff was in it works for 2 yrs. She's been out for a few months. But, she was thinking about getting back in. It actually took Marcos video for her to realize she would never make money in any mlm. She's actually getting into antimlm content now too, lol. Thank God🙏💕
If I saw a message request come through that said anything along the lines of “what are you passionate about in life?” I would immediately delete the message and move it along 🤣
That 2nd lady really said "when I signed up I thought it was stupid..." Sure Jan. It's so interesting how their narrative used to be "this is so easy you don't have to do any work you just earn money! it's not a scam!" And then it shifted to "when I signed up I thought it was easy so I didn't work at all but you need to work to make money! It's not a scam!" to now "when I signed up I thought it was a scam and I failed. But I came back and look how much money I make now! It's not a scam!"
I LOVE your longer videos! You're my favorite creator; I enjoy your style, and appreciate your intelligent approach to debunking. THANKS!!! I also love how their big draw to MLMs is "no boss".....OMG have you watched those training calls? These women at the top are the meanest bosses ever!!!! If you did a drinking game and took a drink every time they say the word "mindset", you'd be trashed in the first two minutes. WTF does that even mean? I like your explanation: mindset = brainwashing. And did you notice that the second woman (cerise??) stumbled EVERY TIME she said trust?? LOVE ZEKE!!!!
Also, I get where you're coming from when you say that you appreciate certain things about this woman. However, I honestly believe that her 'honest, transparent' approach is a THOUSAND times more dangerous than the traditional predatory practices that we've seen. People like her are training a new type of HunBot with at least a little bit of self awareness. Any leader for anything will always be much more powerful, and attract more of a following, and has the ability to do much more damage, if they are self aware, than someone in a leadership position that doesn't possess that same self awareness. I don't like that I've been seeing more and more people like her appear in videos within the Anti MLM space. It worries me. 😟
I can't figure out whether these are women who believe all they say and just think the problem with other hunbots is their sometimes crass over the top behavior. They have been brainwashed to think that what they are doing is not manipulation.
Just imagine how many friendships these businesses have destroyed. Two friends decide to join at the same time and then they’re both going after the same friends to join and then one friend decides to join and she has to pick which friend to join under…ugh!
I will give that second lady credit, I do feel like she's actually training me. Like, I feel like I got something of substance out of that video. I doubt her technique is as foolproof as she thinks it is, but it was actually real, actionable steps instead of the usual fluff.
'it's never too late to come back, but also it's 20x harder to come back' well if it was hard before and I quit, I'm SURE i'll come back if it's now 20x harder than that! Good arguement!
"everyone just wants instant gratification". No shit, its called having bills and rent to pay NOW. What kind of fantasy world do these people live in that they think everyone can up and quit their jobs to work full-time for "potential"? I can't speak for anyone else, but my landlord doesn't accept potential 😂
An ItWorks hun did this exact “method” in an attempt to get me to join her team. Even messaged me repeatedly like every few weeks. Thankfully I knew it seemed too good to be true!
And you are ALLERGIC to cats??????? Dude, I just began to respect you on an entirely new level!!!! So many cats get just thrown away, like trash, because their shitty owners realize they're cat allergic. They don't even try to rehome their cats; they just discard them. You are such a lovely human being, Hannah! Kudos to you!!!
17:00 earlier, she said that if you did the job once, you can do it again. in the timestamp, she said that don't quit because it's 20 times harder. is it easy or hard? pick a lane.
Let's all just remember that "get uncomfortable" was the exact phrasing used by the NXIVM cult to override people's sense that this wasn't right or their natural sense of self-preservation. It's such a manipulative thing to tell people. Of course, plenty of worthwhile things require us to push ourselves, but that doesn't mean doing whatever your upline says or letting them yell at you. Big difference! Also, when a stranger starts asking you deep and personal questions, it's time to shut it down! They clearly don't understand that there are some things that are only for those who have earned their place in our lives. It's very entitled to start asking people personal questions as though you are close to them when you're not.
When I was just a kid, someone must have been pitching an MLM (likely Amway) to my dad, because I remember him laughing, shaking his head and saying, "I don't care how many people you get involved, at some point, someone's gotta sell some soap."
Thank you Hannah for your work it took people like you to wake me up. I almost got sucked into things that wasn’t meant for me. And the very fact you get backlash for leaving and speaking up proves they’re a cult!
You’re the best to watch when I’m doing a deep cleaning. Also you’ve educated me a lot, maybe one day I’ll share my MLM story with you. But Please keep doing what you do.❤
The levels of manipulation from that second one were giving me flashbacks to _The Game_ (the book about pick-up artists). When you have your script down to a science like that, there is no genuine connection anymore.
Whenever the first girl said “only you” my brain went only you can prevent forest fires lol 😂 just the way she was saying it the “authority” had me giggling thinking of Smokey the bear
To be in an MLM, you need to be willing to be the most annoying person in the world. People will eventually run in the opposite direction when they see you coming! Everyone in your path is a potential customer/ recruit! MLMs are awful! ( I speak from experience )
Hannah I am so jealous of your hair! Back in October you responded to my comment and said you use Redken. I switched my regular shampoo to all soft and started alternating with a clarifying shampoo and while I can never go blonde, I think my hair is so much shinier now! I have also been using a great hair mask Nutri-rich by Wella Anyway, at 8:10 I like the point you are making because I often wonder why they are making these videos and you make a good point. They now have to do the work to keep people in. How exhausting. In a normal job even if I recommended someone to apply if we were hiring, I and my income would not depend on them staying with the company.
Divina!! Okay so funny story.... a couple weeks ago I stopped using the Redken purple shampoo because I legit think that it was making my hair fall out. I'm not even kidding. BUT I have used the All Soft in the past and I love that! I think it was just the super harsh scent/color/strength of the purple shampoo that wasn't great for me personally. Now I'm back to drugstore shampoo/conditioner and I haven't been losing as much hair!
@@HannahAlonzo I had the hair falling out issue with Eva NYC, which sucks because I love how that one smells. I thought it was stress - I am a teacher - but the all soft has not given me the same problem. My cousin has the shiniest hair of anyone I know and has always used Voss, I think.
When they say you need to sacrifice several years to finally make it to a level of success, i just wanna be like, "ok, but my bills are not going to wait 5 years to be paid." Yah. These talking points are unrealistic and abusive all at the same time.
I work at Goodwill and we got a bunch of scentsy promotional pamphlets and party surprises and it was all unopened. Thank goodness someone saw the light and got out! Those papers hit the bin. We can't sell it either XD

Yuppppp! So true!
She doesn’t realize that she’s literally teaching people to be narcissistic. The pretending to be interested and mirroring of emotions…all narcissist tools.
Right? It sort of reminds me of the strategies lawyers use in the courtroom to break people down for their own gain. It’s so slimy.
Yep and these 'companies' are also teaching people to leave all their morals at the door.
@@yolandaponkers1581 I really don't mind prosecuting lawyers using these techniques to get the jury on their side when something happens that prevents the convicting evidence from being admitted at a serious (murder/assault/ etc) trial but they know for certain the accused is guilty.
@@dahliacheung6020 but do they actually know for certain? The whole point of the trial IS to prove the accused guilt in a court of law. If the evidence that is the so-called "smoking gun" and would 100% prove your case is deemed inadmissible, why exactly was that? What holes could be poked in that cincher piece of evidence? The point of a criminal trial is to prove "beyond a reasonable doubt". If your evidence is called into question and the best you can do is use emotional manipulation techniques that MLM huns learn how to use, is your case 100% for certain and are you REALLY that good a lawyer?
bro there’s no way you’re saying this when there are literally rape cases where the rapist gets off with nothing or very light sentences because going to jail would hurt their athletic career. Let’s not pretend like if someone is guilty they get jail time 💀
"Because selling shampoo online is embarrassing" LOL I laughed my butt off when you said that. I would not want to answer, "So, what do you do?" with, "Well, I make the world better by selling shampoo."
LOL I would respond by saying "Sometimes I use Dawn dishwashing liquid when I run out of shampoo...and I never have to order it online!"

Yes to all of this Erin!!
One more time for the people in the back!!!
I never understood why they say when they signed up they thought the products were dumb, the company was dumb, that MLMs were dumb… then why in the world did you sign up?! 😂
The 2nd lady is destroying the whole point of active listening by ALREADY HAVING THE ANSWER no matter what they say. The answer is Monat.
i was going to say something similar.
I think you just blew my mind!
This is spot on. It’s so condescending! And throwing in the whole “we all have the same 24 hours in a day!!!” is just icing on the trashpile 🙄
“Pretend conversation” is a perfect description of this.
Another word for”edify” is “indoctrinate”
It will never not blow my freaking MIND that they get away with pulling this manipulative bullsh×t to recruit someone, and then weeks- sometimes *days* later- turning around and telling these same recruits HOW TO MANIPULATE potential new recruits by telling them a step by step on how they themselves were manipulated! 🤯
And that so many people don't recognise it's exactly the same thing!
Yeah, but "it's not about manipulating people" 😂😂😂
It's line the pyramid scheme version of "I'm not racist, but..." - "it's not about manipulating people, but here's how to manipulate people!"
😂
Mirroring is what we learn in med school to talk to patients so that they feel heard BECAUSE WE ARE TRYING TO HELP PEOPLE. This is insane.
It's also what both psychopaths and sociopaths do to "fit in", as well as to manipulate those they may be targeting for whatever reason.
Every time she said “Only you….” I kept thinking she was going to finish it with “…. can prevent forest fires.”
I see you Smokey 😂
Only you can prevent pyramid schemes
Favorite thread. 😂❤
But WHO can just wait around for YEARS and make no damn money?! That's delusional!
Yes yes exactly! I feel like I have whiplash, so many contradictions!
Karma had to pay them their just due for scamming so many hopeful people
Haha they deserve it 😂
I feel bad for their kid but Karma came in on that one
Chelsea's a spicy queen, whereas Hannah's a sweet Disney princess. They're both entertaining and both have a place in this world. They are not the same, though.
If you watched Chelsea's video responding to an mlm leader calling her out directly, she is now QUEEN OF THE COUCH PEOPLE. I am totally a couch person.

Huns when they're recruiting you: it's so easy to do this!
Also huns after you've been recruited: I don't know why you thought this would be easy
“I was not put in this world to have a boss”
She says. But these women pee their pants when they get a call from the Monet CEO or upline.
Zeke is BEAUTIFUL! The look on his face when you hugged him is the same look on my teenager's face when I hug her.
Pot, meet kettle. She tells her audience to stop expecting and assuming? That’s all she’s done for 10 straight minutes: making assumptions about the people who left
YESSS!
The kittie cameos help cleanse the soul from poisonous MLMers.
'How to manipulate and still feel like a good person' is all i get from this. They go back and forth between a effortless side hustle and you have to commit 24/7 to it even on vacation
"You're doing yourself a disservice if you quit"= "you're doing ME a disservice if you quit"
Gross.
Yessss 100%! I actually feel like her and I would get along super well! I completely agree that if I didn't know better, she might get me.
So the shampoo is the backup if the “opportunity” pitch doesn’t work. Sounds like a pyramid to me 🤷🏼♀️
At 36:50 I literally looked up with panicked fear because I was like "oh god, the hun knows I am here" lol
Nice try.
SAY IT LOUDER! 👏🏼👏🏼
Yikes
That's amazing!!! So glad you walked away :) what kind of business did you open up, may I ask?
Yay! Congrats 🎉🎈🍾
_"List ten reasons you gave up."_
I don't need ten reasons, I don't even need _one_ real reason, it's my life and my choices and I can leave if I want to even if I can't give a solid reason for why.
_"I have nothing against 9-5 jobs."_
Literally next breath implies 9-5 limits your potential and people in them must believe they aren't "meant for more", nice.
Was thinking the same!
I love how she framed her “giving up” speech like it was applicable to all kinds of things unrelated to mlms…then proceeded to just specifically talk about people that quit mlms instead lol
Hun: spouting nonsense
Zeke: Imma let you finish, but I’m delivering one of the BEST CAMEOS OF ALL TIME.😎
I really love how if you quit an MLM it’s because you thought something wrong, did something wrong, or are just an overall lazy and unsuccessful person. I can’t think of any other industry where there is no legitimate reason for leaving it.
Yes exactly! Like if you left, it must be because of your own wrong-doings. The blame is never placed on the company, the upline, or the business model.
Yep and that’s how cults (and other abusers) behave. It’s so sad
I put in a notice at my job today and they congratulated me. I could imagine my boss calling me a quitter and a coward. TOXIC
As soon as a stranger asks me questions I assume they're selling something and my answer is f@ck off.
Every time she said “only you,” in my head I finished it with “can prevent wild fires.”
😂😂😂
Omg same!! 😂🤣🤣
i cant stop binge-watching your videos and i think they just get more and more insane the more i watch 😂 i just can't believe people still do this. i remember when i was little my next door neighbour was a rep for a skin care mlm and she was constantly going to our house and my mom (that was a struggling mom with two kids and a very low minimum wage job) felt so bad that she sometimes bought things because she felt that our neighbour would be in trouble if not. to this day we both never used any of those products and they sit in a box in our basement 😅
My manager has advocated for me *the most* when I didn’t believe in my own skillset. She gave me more responsibility and coached me and put me in leadership roles bc she knew I was ready before I was.
THAT’S what an actual manager does. Not gaslight you to fail 😒
They think it’s easy because you told them it would be.
Also: “You cowards!” “I love you!”
I want that on a shirt
@@TaylorX3 Yes! Merch opportunity!
I’m listening to her lecture on and on and after awhile it just sounds like a mixture of begging and shaming. How exhausting.
I love that she starts this out with “anyone who has given up on anything” but it’s really just calling out her girls who left😂😂😂😂😂
Why does this first girl keep insisting that MLMs will make you "a better person?"
It's quite the opposite actually - it makes you a scammer. 🤔
A lie they tell themselves to make themselves feel better about what they're actually doing...
When she says rejoining is a win win, she means it's a win for your upline and a win for the company 😂
Totally agree. It's not a win for you 🙂
The shaming/blaming/manipulation is DISGUSTING
My bff was in it works for 2 yrs. She's been out for a few months. But, she was thinking about getting back in. It actually took Marcos video for her to realize she would never make money in any mlm. She's actually getting into antimlm content now too, lol. Thank God🙏💕
I’m so happy to hear this!!
If I saw a message request come through that said anything along the lines of “what are you passionate about in life?” I would immediately delete the message and move it along 🤣
"I wasn't meant for a 9 - 5" = I can't handle accountability or being corrected 🙄
That 2nd lady really said "when I signed up I thought it was stupid..."
Sure Jan.
The double speak would make Trump slow clap
Oh my gosh yessss this is so true. So many contradictions!!
Wow, thank you so much!!
if someone was asking me personal questions and taking notes I would be weirded tf out
Also, I get where you're coming from when you say that you appreciate certain things about this woman.
She really said "I want to have a clean conscience..." honey thats not possible in MLM
Omg I love the guest appearances ...and cooper with his little paw and little face....i can't ❤
So much kitty time in this video!!
Just imagine how many friendships these businesses have destroyed. Two friends decide to join at the same time and then they’re both going after the same friends to join and then one friend decides to join and she has to pick which friend to join under…ugh!
Omg our cats are twins! I screamed when I saw yours at 15:33!
Learning all these manipulation tactics is so fascinating. I feel like I'll be able to recognize it in people and be able avoid them
I will give that second lady credit, I do feel like she's actually training me.
Thanks for the kitty pause break! He's soooo cuuuute! ❤
Imagine if there were men out there who were like: "I'm going to teach you to overcome objections to when a woman says no."
There are unfortunately, they call themselves ‘pickup artists’ and their content and actions are disgusting.
"Zeke never walks into frame"
This is hilarious after binge watching your other videos
And you are ALLERGIC to cats??????? Dude, I just began to respect you on an entirely new level!!!! So many cats get just thrown away, like trash, because their shitty owners realize they're cat allergic. They don't even try to rehome their cats; they just discard them. You are such a lovely human being, Hannah! Kudos to you!!!
With that second clip we once again see MLMs packaging well-known ideas as revolutionary.
Yes exactly 😂 Oh, good communication skills?? What a great idea!
i love an (almost) hour-long top fails video
17:00 earlier, she said that if you did the job once, you can do it again. in the timestamp, she said that don't quit because it's 20 times harder. is it easy or hard? pick a lane.
Alwayssss switching up the narrative
*she said don't quit
When you have your script down to a science like that, there is no genuine connection anymore.
going through the top fails playlist and it’s hilarious getting beach body ads IN YOUR VIDEOS
Whenever the first girl said “only you” my brain went only you can prevent forest fires lol 😂 just the way she was saying it the “authority” had me giggling thinking of Smokey the bear
I'm so glad I'm not the only one thinking that. 😂
To be in an MLM, you need to be willing to be the most annoying person in the world. People will eventually run in the opposite direction when they see you coming! Everyone in your path is a potential customer/ recruit! MLMs are awful! ( I speak from experience )
To think that there were people watching this and actually taking notes and writing what this woman is saying down makes me really sad…
Hannah I am so jealous of your hair! Back in October you responded to my comment and said you use Redken. I switched my regular shampoo to all soft and started alternating with a clarifying shampoo and while I can never go blonde, I think my hair is so much shinier now! I have also been using a great hair mask Nutri-rich by Wella
Anyway, at 8:10 I like the point you are making because I often wonder why they are making these videos and you make a good point.
Actually hun, I enjoy making money but i hate scamming people!
I agree! I think it’s important to let people interested in mlm’s know that not only will they have a VERY low chance of making $$, even if they get lucky & make $$ it’s because they are financially hurting other people.
